Ok... obviously budget is a consideration here. I get the no frills concept, BUT... This place needs a deep cleaning. Painted, cigarette burn bathroom counter. Food left in the microwave. Grey white bath linen. Stained furniture and carpet. I brought my own blanket, pillow and towels, and I still considered sleeping in the car. The ppl were nice and there's coffee in the office.

Bedding was Clean .. Bathrooms was Clean
Looked for BUGS But DID NOT see any
Bed was Very-Comfortable
Checked in At 5pm and returned at 4am after attending A ⚰️Club-Function
Nothing Fancy but was A Good Clean Room to sleep in ..$105 each per night
(Saturday Rate, in October )

My stay was unexpected. I had an accident just down the road and stayed there one night a week ago waiting for my car to be repaired. Of course, I wasn't in a great mood at check-in, but that disappeared quickly once I got settled in. It was a clean, comfortable room. Some chairs were placed outside; plus the owner had tables and chairs set up on the far side of the parking lot, too, which I took full advantage of. There were some folks outside during the evening enjoying the summer weather, but it was quiet by 10 p.m., which was great. Owner was super nice and lent me a phone charger. I would

If I could get lower than that I would. Carpet was filthy. The bathroom really got to me. The tub and shower were painted. As the original tub was blue and the paint was peeling. The new shower handle was just installed that day and it was not done properly. The room smelled off. The sheets were clean but not even a mattress pad under the sheets. I have never seen that at a hotel. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Might be good enough for hunters but not me.
