Post workout wind down at Body Jump Fitness in Marietta, GA. I have to give my best friend credit for turning me on to this gym. For. 6 months straight she told me about this new workout using trampolines and various circuit training routines that are customized daily. Classes are signed up for the night before and the owners/ trainers customize the following class based off the level of fitness and number of people that signed up the night before. Routines are rarely the same yet the intensity is never compromised. Dont be discouraged if you aren't at some peak athletic performance place... it

I have been attending classes for three weeks now and I really enjoy going.
I have had multiple surgeries that have made it hard for me to participate in a good workout program in the past. Body Jump allows me to participate at my own level and the coaches are constantly helping me adjust to my level of ability and comfort. I highly recommend the program!

This is such a great new and innovative way to burn calories while having a great time. I attended a body jump class this past Saturday 1/12/19, and I was very impressed. I didn't know what to expect initially, however the instructors and owners were very informative, encouraging and helpful! I received a FULL body workout in an hour, and it was amazing!!! Please go jump at Body Jump Fitness, you will not be disappointed.

37 or so years ago I left High school swearing I would never work out again. Over those 37 years I gained almost 120 lbs, went on high BP meds, and was miserable in my own skin. 4 yrs ago I decided to just start walking, 1 mile on a treadmill, then 2, then outside for a 5k walk, then 4.5 miles running up hills..this led to 60lb weight loss, BUT being older I had issues with ankles,knees,low back, planters, etc.

I fell in love with BodyJump two years ago. I had been an avid 5 AM Walker and decided I needed a little extra something to increase my activity. I did BodyJump the first time and was shocked at how I burned 500 calories in an hour. Then we started strength training. I had never done strength training before but I liked what I was learning and I liked how definition began to take place. Cedric and Nesrein have been there to spot me and show me what I'm doing right and wrong and have inspired me to become a truly fit athlete. I have tried other gyms too but I never got the special attention

I have been doing Body Jump Fitness at least 3 times per week for the last 13 months. I absolutely love what it has done for me mentally and physically. Every workout is different and your body is constantly surprised with what move is coming next. It truly combines cardio, balance, toning and strength training both on and off the trampoline. We have a lot of fun while working hard! Come try it out as you won’t be disappointed! I’m hooked!! 😃

This place is amazing! The very warm and welcoming personalities of the owners made it such a pleasure. Now, that workout was intense! They encourage you without making you like a weak link. I hadn’t worked out in quite some time and this place made me excited to return the next day! I swear I never burned as much calories as I did there. On top of that, they were fantastic staff. They had 3 people helping you and motivating you the whole time. They made sure that I was having more fun and doing the workout the best way that fit me which highly paid off. Fantastic place, highly recommend this.

BodyJump is the first physical fitness "thing" I've found that I truly enjoy. I love the cardio aspect but it's more than that, each class targets different areas. Interval classes are always different, with a mix of free weights and core work. And because the classes are smaller I always feel like Cedric (awesome trainer) is close to correct form or modify an exercise). I am so glad I tried it because 4 months later I'd call myself a regular. I go 2-3 times a week. The workouts are fun and I always walk away burning at least 450 calories most times over 500.
