I’ve been very happy with the X3 thus far. The training here is world class, as are all the instructors. I particularly love the Brazilian jujitsu class as there is so much I get out of it. It has helped me level up my game exponentially. The entire staff are professional, courteous and very polite. You really feel at home when you are here. Membership as well worth it

I give this place two stars for the misinformation they gave me. This is a fitness club and not a boxing gym designed for competitions. As a fitness club, they get 5-stars. As a boxing gym, they get two. Although I had the membership for competitions, they did not offer sparring. They have a secret society where they feel they can make decisions for grown folks. You can sign up for their competition membership, but you cannot spar. Also, they lacked signature boxing equipment such as speed bags. It was irritating to attend this ball of confusion/cauldron of ignorance, but no more. I don’t get

Very quick to sign you up to classes but horrible support if you need to cancel your membership. My husband and I have relocated, we requested a membership cancellation on the first week of December. They didn’t processed the request until the 31st and charged us the whole month of January plus cancellation fee???
This place is shady! If you value your time and money do yourself a favor and go to Vesta, Forum, Orange Theory or any other decent place around that area.

I do not think it is worth going to X3 especially if you are wanting to learn technique. It is great exercise and you burn tons of calories but for someone who already lift weights and exercises, this is just extra cardio. I do think it is overpriced and the year long contract is how they get you. There is also an unreasonable cancellation fee. If you choose to cancel early, you will have to pay half of the remaining number of months you have left in the contract. I wish they did not have a contract. I did have a good experience there and the trainer, Gabe, was fantastic. He was cool as hell and

I enjoyed the boxing and kick boxing classes in the beginning but the the lack of air flow and overwhelming smell of dirty socks because a problem for me. I recently realized I was still being charged even after my contract ended and when I called about it they said that it automatically renewed. It is written in weirdly in the contract and they will not refund anything. Totally sucks. If they opened a few windows and didn't totally steal from people I might give it 3 stars.

If you’re concerned about COVID, just be ready because nobody cares whether you’re wearing a mask or not, given the kind of activities that are being performed inside. However if you’re vaxxed and comfortable with people not wearing masks around you, should be cool then.There’s no sanitizers in/around the floor either. You can only find them upfront at the desk.
Staff and crew are all nice and friendly. I’m a beginner, level 0 in boxing but they’re understanding and patient with me. I’ve only been 3x to the class so, so far it’s all I can say. I’ve joined fast track once and

While I loved my time at X3 sports in 2019 (yes over a year and a half ago), DO NOT JOIN IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY! I have attempted for the past year and a half to cancel my membership and they are STILL charging me. They switched financial companies as soon as I tried to cancel the first time, I called the facility and spoke directly with them within the allotted time to cancel my membership, and nothing happened. I have been charged the $116 per month for the past year and a half without my permission. Also, I was told they put notes in my file and they did not keep a record. They want your money

I cannot believe these people are still in business!!! What they do at this gym is criminal. Not to mention half the time I showed up for class the instructor was either late, gave me attitude, or never showed up at all and the class would be canceled. The parking situation is horrific, so good luck! THE CONTRACTS ARE BOGUS! It's impossible to get out of even during a pandemic when people are suffering and hospitalized. X3, you know what I'm referring to!!! It's an absolute joke how much these people charge for crap service and get away with it!!!

Our boys started training at X3 at a young age, and I can’t express how much it has helped them in life, and with their athletics. The instructors always went above and beyond to guide, coach and assist throughout all stages of their learning experiences. We’ve tried out some other spots over the years, but none have come close to giving the level of instruction, trust, or support of X3 Sports. With their many locations, we were able to train in various parts of the city with world renown athletes. My wife and I started training there as well, and it truly added a spark to our relationship

1) Please familiarize yourself with the gyms you represent before responding. The Inman Park location 100% does not have a member option to control the music that is blasted throughout the gym on the communal speakers. Rather we are all forced to listen to the same awful/vulgar music selection that your staff selects. It's terrible.
2) A manager of the gym did communicate to me that the closures/limited hours were in part due to memberships being put on hold, and

WOW! These guys could not be more greedy. I wanted to make a deal to use their treadmill 3xweek and they wanted $90/week for that. Would not make any sort of deal to help out a person in town for work. Seriously unfriendly. I asked about a temporary contract and they wanted to assess punitive fees if I wanted to move out of the state. They are certainly not about personalized service.

Still have my credit being hit for this place!! Maybe It's improved over time maybe it got better management maybe even new ownership. But I'm still being affected by the one manager who even the people I spoke to after he left said he was shaming people. Be super careful with signing up. I'm here with about $600 against my credit because of this place... READ EVERYTHING AND DONT LISTEN TO WHAT TALKING SALES PEOPLE WANTS YOU TO HEAR

Although ABC eventually responded through email, the significant delay for 5-6 weeks is never acceptable. I don't understand how you could try to defend that point by saying you see "detailed" phone email and text communications, as the only communication from ABC during that time frame of 5-6 weeks, was actually just automated texts and calls asking me for payment. I don't think that counts.

My favorite workout! I grew up dancing and have the athletic agility of a wet noodle. There are real fighters in this gym, which would usually be intimidating. Instead, X3 is just so welcoming.
I really only take the kickboxing and Fast Track (think - boot campy) classes. There are so many different levels in each class, but the instructors are well-trained and accommodate the diversity.
Each instructor makes the classes their own, so it's a different experience each time. My fave instructors are Justin and Omar, but I honestly like them all. Everyone expects you to go as hard as you can

I really enjoy X3. I've been a member for about 2 months now. I thoroughly enjoy the kickboxing and fast track classes. The monthly price is very reasonable if you utilize the classes - it's definitely expensive if you are using it for just a gym though. Hours are pretty good, but I wish they were open even just an hour later in the evening. I work kind of late, so by the time I get home / traffic it makes it hard to get over there before close.
Overall, definitely a fun gym. Worth trying out for sure.

I haven't had a chance to go to any of the classes yet but I will sooner than later. I'm working with my trainer Najwa and she is amazing! This is my first time working with a trainer and I LOVE It! It's like having your own Shawn T. She's very knowledgeable and has a great personality so even when you feel like you have nothing else to give she helps you make it across the line.
The gym has so much equipment so each session I've used some contraption that I didn't know existed. The workouts are killer! But no pain no gain right?

I've been a member of X3 Sports-Inman Park for a little over 2 years and have really enjoyed my fitness journey. Initially, I started with taking their Fast Track class (which is a fantastic workout) on a daily basis until I decided to focus on my muscle gains and a more defined/toned body.
