Services
When you first begin the process of designing a funeral, the decisions you'll face might seem overwhelming at first. We're here to help you tackle the choices one by one and make the journey one of love, healing, and life celebration.

The process can be broken down into two stages: decisions regarding the service and how you'd like to honor your loved one's life, and decisions regarding how you'd like to care for your loved one's physical remains. After the passing of your loved one, you will meet with one of our Funeral Directors.
Sometimes the thought of planning a funeral seems too difficult for those who've suffered a loss. We're here to help lighten your burden and remind you of the true value a ceremony can hold for you and your family. Coping with a loss is never easy, and services are an essential part of the recovery process.
A funeral represents a purposeful opportunity to reflect on the meaning of a life that has been lived and to determine the impact of that meaning for the family and friends. There is no single proper funeral service. It is a time for human sharing in its deepest sense. You and the ones you love are at the very center of the process, and the choices you make will determine its significance for you.
Prices listed reflect the range of options available. Additional items: casket, cremation container, urn, vault, merchandise, cash accommodations. Basic services, embalming, dressing, casketing, cosmetizing, viewing, funeral or memorial service in our chapel or staff & equipment for funeral service at another location, cemetery service, transfer of remains to funeral home, funeral coach & utility vehicle.
The number of people choosing cremation has increased significantly in the past few years, yet cremation carries a long tradition and remains largely unchanged. Cremation simply expedites the process of reducing a body to bone fragments through application of intense heat. What is done before or after the cremation is up to the survivors, or up to you.

We are very happy with the funeral service from Marlatt for our dad in this past June. Kim Brown was very patient, friendly and thoroughly/professionally walked us thru the services provided by them. He worked with us in the entire process. During the services, Kim and their staff were courteous and flexible in meeting our needs, both in their facility and at a church where we had our memorial mass. That was the fourth time our extended families had used Marlatt services in the last 20 years. Yes, we’d recommend them.

We have used the services of Marlatt Funeral Home for several family members. They're very respectful, compassionate, and kind. They made the process simple and stress free, and very responsive to any questions and/or follow-ups.
Thank you Marlatt Funeral Home for always taking good care of our loved ones.  We appreciate all of your guidance and your kindness during a difficult time.

Service: Kelly Sanders, funeral director, and staff I interacted with, Kim, Melissa, and Laura were all wonderful. Kelly was responsive to questions, patient, flexible with our needs, respectful of spiritual practices from beginning to end. All were respectful with my father's remains during pick through his ceremony. They allowed us to use resources as available, ie, we needed a donation basket, and a couple of forks, check... they got that covered. We had young kids, they had an extra room with doors in the back they allowed us to use. They had tissue paper box available for each row of seats

Really nice looking chapel, and great folks who work here. They will help you with the process of getting things taken care of during your grief, and you can indeed pre-pay for your funeral with fore-thought insurance.
