I ordered the spider roll and a salad with carrot ginger dressing with extra ginger and eel, and no cucumber in the roll.
The spider roll contains: soft shell crab, avocado, cucumber, masago, lettuce, and eel sauce.
I don’t know if they just completely gave me the wrong roll or what but it was disgusting. The soft shell crab was fried and most of what I had was just fried batter and not even crab. No I didn’t order a fried roll either. There was lettuce in the roll, and only one slice of avocado for the two rolls that were ordered. Only one. There was no masago. The rolls were sloppily cut

I have eaten at Hunan fusion multiple times since moving to Omaha. I have to write a review, this restaurant is CONSISTENTLY AMAZING!! The food is always immaculate. I usually order on doordash & they always deliver within 30 mins. It’s not crazy to say I eat here at least 3 times a month. My picky kids love the fried rice! I have to say thank you thank you THANK YOU for being an incredible place to eat. I recommend this restaurant to anyone & everyone who will listen! Thank you!!

The orange salmon sushi is my new absolute favorite!
Edit: my boyfriend and i ate here the night of February 15th 2020. He got the General Tsos chicken and I got sushi.
Fortunately for me I only threw up 5 times, but my poor boyfriend was double bucketing all night. Sometimes the episodes were only even 5 minutes apart.
So, yes. Food poisoning.
It was good going down, but not worth the coming up :(

The customer service is amazing. The decor and seating are very clean and neat. The food however was okay. It wasn’t bad, it wasn’t great, just okay. Will I go back and spend that kind of money for just okay sushi? Absolutely not. Was it fun to try something new? Yes. Recommendation, well if you're going, get the Groupon. Save yourself some money. I expected more flavor and the fried rice had a very interesting smell to it. The rice they used for the Sushi had a very hard texture.

This is a wonderful Asian restaurant located in West Omaha. This was my first visit. My entree was Hibachi Shrimp and my friend's choice was Hibachi Steak. I completely enjoyed my meal. The shrimp was cooked to moist perfection. There is a wide variety of meals to choose from, including sushi. The service was prompt and the waiter was courteous.
