An absolute gem of a find in the most unlikely of places. Delicious and authentic Thai food in a small Midwest city is something I wasn't expecting to find and was so thankful I did.

The worst Thai food experience I ever had. I don’t recommend wasting your money on it. If you really want to try Thai food go check out Mai Thai in Aksarben.

Tried noodles in this place after looking at the review but was disappointed. The broccoli noodles was horrible and tasteless. I had many Thai food before but this is the worst and the price is so expensive.

Sadly I had a very bad experience with this place. I ordered a vegetable stir fry and it came out in a “soup” carton and half liquid.
The worst part was when he asked me how spicy out of 5, I said 3, assuming it would be medium and I can handle a decent level of spice.
Well it was 5/5 so spicy my mouth is still burning on fire even 5 min after I could barely eat half of it. Wow so horrible.
I’m not even going to go in to complain or ask for another because this is a mom and pop place and I can tell by his personality that the older owner will just give me a blank look like, ok that’s

I was driving from CA to PA and stopped here, not expecting great Thai food in Nebraska. This place is amazing. They make their own curry paste as you can see the ground up lemongrass and spices at the bottom. So good...this is the real deal if you know Thai food. Highly recommended.

Sooo good. I really loved their papaya salad and drunken noodles. Spice level is perfect, we asked for very spicy. Food is authentic… it’s a hidden gem. Go try it!

Wow... All I got to say is that was amazing Thai food. Almost every option can be made vegan and they even have a vegan dessert! Crazy! I had the sweet and sour stir fry and it was phenomenal. So spicy which I like. They also ask you how spicy you want it. Just overall a great restaurant, friendly staff as well. On my way out I was given tofu spring rolls because they had left over tofu from our dish and they just decided to give us that. Great experience and completely recommend.

We ordered fresh spring rolls, basil fried rice with chicken (medium hot) and poor man noodles with chicken as well (hot). Meals were plentiful and savory. The spring rolls tasted really fresh. In regard to the heat level, in our humble opinion, the hot level may overwhelm one's palate. I think low or medium heat is good. Lunch prices are average and comparable to other Thai restaurants prices of this area. Pretty fast and servers were helpful.

The best Thai I've had in the past year. Drunken noodles were fantastic and mango sticky rice was perfect. If you've been to Thailand and know what good Thai food is, eat here. I Will order from here again and again.

I and my friend ordered ahead of time and sat in the restaurant to eat. The owners warmed our food for us and they brought napkins and a kid's highchair for my friend's kid all without us asking for it. Very friendly and kind. The food was delicious- Pad Thai, curry soup, rangoons, spring rolls, and vanilla ice cream.

Worst Pad Thai I've ever had. 4 bites and the rest went into garbage. Spring rolls also no good. Had delivered to my hotel room. No utensils or napkins were included. Will never order from here again.

This may be my favorite Thai restaurant in omaha. So far I have had their noodles, fried rice, and curries and I have been extremely happy with everything I've tried. I'm looking forward to my next order!

Not much to say. This is authentic Thai food. If that's what you're looking for you'll find it here. If you want something more americanized it probably isn't for you.

I discovered Laos when I was Googling for "Thai" food. This area lack Asian-foods so it's nice to see another restaurant catering to that need. I was really craving a beef Pad Thai, so that's what I went with. Ordered it with a 4/10 spicy and it had an OK kick to it if you'd like something milder-spicy (still comfortable to eat). The dish itself was pretty ok, nothing fancy. If you come here I'd highly recommend getting some Crispy Spring Rolls as well, you won't regret it. I'll make sure to try some house specials next time I come here.

Ordered chicken pad Thai to-go! Not disappointed at all. It was very good. There was a cute sit down area as well. They were very fast getting order made. Not the absolute best pad Thai I have had, but would 100% return.

So yesterday I ordered the Pad Thai, Pad Ki Mao, Panang, crispy spring rolls, and regular spring rolls.

Pad Thai - bland, dry, terrible, overcooked chicken, no spice.
Pad Ki Mao - bland, dry, terrible, overcooked chicken, no spice.
Panang Curry - bland and terrible, no spice.
Spring Rolls - bland, no meat, fell apart.
Crispy Spring Rolls - edible.

I'm hoping this was a one off situation but I probably won't be ordering from here again.

Recommended. Have tried Salween, which is good, however- Salween does not put tin foil under the plate so their food while placed in hot, has melted into the styrophome which is not healthy (allowing chemicals in the body etc). Asked Laos to remove eggs or any fish sauces for vegan dishes & am appreciative that was honored. The dishes ordered were vegan pad Thai with tofu, vegan drunken noodles with tofu, & vegan spring rolls, with a side of the pb sauce. All are great. Thank you Laos for providing great service. Always & only here to support local businesses who offer vegan friendly

A good Thai restaurant where you'd least expect one - nestled in the middle of South 24th Street in what many Omahans refer to as "Little Mexico." So, if you can resist the temptation of all of the yummy taquerias stop in and try some South-O Thai food.

Crispy Spring Rolls were good. You can order 3 or 5 of them, but some some odd reason they brought me 4 (it's cool - they only charged me for the order of 3).

Chicken Pad Thai was $11. It's not as big as it looks in photos as it's served on a bed of bean sprouts. Chicken was a little sparse. Overall, good Pad Thai

Ok Omaha, I really started loosing hope I wouldn't find good Asian food here but I finally found my Thai place! This place is a gem!
Their pad Thai was great but a bit greasy, their Tom yum soup was really good and their Thai fried rice very yummy.
Glad I found this place at last minute!
The only thing I will say is that there isn't any parking. Only street parking is available and on this particular day, there want any parking so I ended parking 2 blocks away.

A few of my friends and I really enjoyed our experience and food at Laos Thai the other day. The service was wonderful - our waitress was happy to discuss her food recommendations with us, and was attentive throughout our visit. Two of us had the green curry and it was delicious! One of us enjoyed the duck noodle soup (we were shocked to see this on a menu in Omaha) and another the Thai fried rice. The men in our group were overjoyed that an extra bowl of rice is only $1, although I was a bit disappointed that they do not offer brown rice. I do think the food was a bit pricey; however, I am happy
