Services
The staff at DMFH is by far the most professional in the tri-state region. We cater to all religions or beliefs of families, and will accommodate all customs as well. We know that when a death occurs, there is a true "TEAM" effort that takes place among the staff. Our staff believes that all families deserve 100% of our attention.
We pride ourselves on the functionality and appearance of our facilities. We are constantly updating and improving our premises and equipment to keep our facility within the highest of professional standards. Whether it is our Chapel, Visitation Rooms, Coffee Lounge, or Reception Facilities, the flexibility of our layout allows us to accommodate a broad range of services.
The DMFH is a part of the Independent Care Group. One of ten funeral homes that joined an alliance with one another in an effort to help each others' firm grow. There is a combined at-need call volume of over 1000. Some of the benefits of this group are shared motorcycle escorts, discounted limosine costs, casket warehousing, home removal assistance, embalming assistance, hearse lending, and funeral home coverage when an owner is out of town.
No matter if a death is sudden, or if it something that was a long time coming, the loss of a loved one makes us feel emotional and overwhelmed. No amount of preparation can fully prepare you for the loss of a loved one. When you are in a heightened emotional state, even the most basic decisions can seem staggering.

Over the past several years I've attended four funerals & personal business once here. I was semi attached to one& that convinced me to let them handle my mother last year.. Very friendly and professional. Understanding... I feel odd writing this, but I find it necessary to say while hunting for a place to help me, most seemly tried to take advantage of my timeframe. I can't say just how appreciative I am there are people/places that will not take advantage of you & that I found one in Mr. Martin.
