Before the Francis V. Kloecker Funeral Home began, Francis Kloecker leased out the building to Liebel Funeral Home. In 1933, Francis bought the business. Five years after the purchase, he completely remodeled the building. He advertised in the Lake Shore Visitor-Register with this message; "Keeping Step With Progress Is Our Constant Aim."

Our experience was absolutely the best under the circumstances. Mark and his staff exemplify his father and grandfather's commitment to excellence. Our family grew up at St. Joe's and have known them for years and used their services for many family members. They are without a doubt the best. I know that Adrienne and Francis will continue the level of care and kindness that has been shown through the years to our family.
Adrienne and Francis Kloecker joined the family business as fourth generation funeral directors in 2017. Soon after, Adrienne and Francis started to discuss ways that they could help more families in the area. One way to reach more families was to have multiple locations. In 2018, the Kloeckers heard that Mark G. Razanauskas (Owner of Razanauskas Funeral Home and Bailey Funeral Home) was looking for a funeral director to take over his business.
