We've used Alexander Termite and Pest Control for almost 8 years now and they are great. From the customer service calls to schedule service visits, to the actual service with Jamie... they are excellent all around. I never feel like I'm working with a big corporation, they know me and Jamie asks about my family each time. Even my extended family that he's met when they were visiting from out of town. Pleased with the pest and termite service and the company as a whole!

I have been using Alexander for over 20 years and have never found any reason to look at another pest control service. I have been able to see the same inspector, James, for all of those years. The company has always been responsive to my irregular schedule and James has always been on time and very helpful in answering my questions. His visits are more like a friend dropping by to see how things are going. He has been able to point out areas that I need to keep a close eye on to prevent insects from coming in the house. We've been customers for many years and very satisfied with the service, responsiveness and ease of scheduling, and most of all keeping the unwanted critters and insects outside of the house. Our tech Jamie is more like an old friend who swings his 'magic black wand' in crevices of our house, while having a chat about family and life. We've been dealing with the same professional and personable employees for many years, which gives a good impression of the company itself. Highly recommend.

We have been using Alexander Pest Control for 23 years. During that time we’ve had 2 technicians. Jamie has been with us for over a decade. We always look forward to seeing him. He does a great job, all with a huge smile and is super informative and knowledgeable. He has an amazing personality as well. Any issues that have arisen have been resolved. They came out on time, and was very efficient and informative. Our tech Melvin Y. was so kind and patient and took the time to answer all of our questions, and made my Mother feel at ease and assured her the problem would be resolved quickly, and it was.The treatment was fast and effective. He came back again 30 days later to check up on our treatment and we had no issues. It was so nice to meet a professional technician with old school values who didn't mind taking the time to listen and treat his customer with a warm smile and good old fashioned hospitality. I highly recommend this company. I have been using them for years and the service is consistently great. Sandra is the best. She is now a family friend and services our family and neighbors homes as well. They treat their employees well so there is not a high turnover. I have worked with the same people for over 10 years.
