Amazing experience from start to finish. I was able to use stones from my grandmothers wedding ring and incorporate them into a custom setting. They even guided me to a better stone (wanted Morganite but they said it was too soft) and spent a few weeks trying to find the perfect one for me - and did!
We had multiple back and forth to get it exactly right, but I love it and wouldn't change a thing. Such an awesome experience! BVW was amazing with my request to create a ring for my daughter from a spoon passed down from my mother. It was a gift to be worn on her wedding day. Not only did they stand behind the price I was quoted, but also did an excellent job in making sure the ring was perfect in every way for her big day.

Love this place!!! I will be coming back many times in the future. My husband had purchased a ring set from another store and it was a mess. I brought it in, just to see what could be done. The owner and staff spent time with me to explain all about the ring and turned the set into something I love. Thanks so much. I can't wait to have BVW make a custom jewelry set in the future.

We just moved to the area, and I needed a great Jeweler to set an inherited diamond from my Grandmother into a new ring. Boy oh boy did I find the best! I am from the SF Bay Area, and BVW Jewelers beat any jeweler I have ever found anywhere. All the staff is amazing, friendly, professional and easy to work with. Jenny was my contact there, and she took her time to find a ring with me that would look amazing for my antique diamond. And she sure did. They were fantastic! All of the reviews are correct. My wedding ring lost a stone. They replaced it along with repairing other prongs and gave it a good cleaning. It was ready quicker than they said it would be and their pricing is very reasonable. My ring looks beautiful and I would definitely go back.

Britten & Kate helped me design my dream ring, cannot be more pleased with the end result! I would highly recommend for custom work but everything in the store is absolutely stunning. Everyone is very professional and are very skilled at their line of work. I especially loved working with Kate, she's great at listening and helping make your ideas come to life. She is very sweet and made the process extremely enjoyable. I get a ton of compliments on my ring, it’s truly a piece of art.

My fiancé and I visited 3 jewelers before discovering BVW. Our experience with BVW was above and beyond the other places. They are extremely professional, friendly, and take the time to educate you about all of the nuances of diamonds and settings. Not to mention the technology they use to show you mock-ups and analyze the diamonds. Highly recommend!!

BVW is the best place in town for all your jewelry repairs. The staff is so knowledgeable, nice and helpful. If they can't fix something they don't BS you. They are straight to the point and don't waist your time or money. I will definitely be using them for all my jewelry repairs and their jewelry is unique and down right gorgeous, highly recommend!

Excellent service and amazing jewelry design and quality. From start to finish the whole staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the owner. Even tho I was overseas in Iraq deployment I was able to complete the ring design and order by phone and email because of the full attention and service of the staff. I would more than recommend visiting this establishment more any of your jewelry needs!

If I could give 10 stars I would. My husband and I brought various pieces of jewelry in to be resized. Everyone one was so helpful and inspected each piece for loose stones. But what is so amazing about BVW is that they design amazing Jewlry. We brought in a very large diamond piece that has been in the family. We wanted to reset it into a new ring for our 30th anniversary!! The design Britain came up with is to say the least gorgeous!!! They do all the work in store! Which is hard to find. Most jewelers send out their pieces. I highly recommend BVW. Look no where else. You won’t be disappointed

I went in there to get my 2 rings cutt off, because they were stuck, and Britten cutt them off and told me to come back when my swelling went down. I went back, he sized me, and I also had 2 pendants that needed to be fixed, and a ring that needed new prongs for my diamond.
I went and picked up my Jewelry, and I am SO HAPPY, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT

We walked into this amazing jeweler to inquire about cleaning and soldering my wedding set. I was reluctant to leave my rings with anyone until now. Britten, the owner, took quite a bit of time looking over my tacky shoebox full of granny's jewelry and helping me identify what was real and worth selling and which ones were worth handing down to my granddaughters. It was an educational morning. The shop was busy and but he was gracious enough to spend time with me. His son was super friendly and had bitchen hair to boot.
There happened to be another woman there while I waited. She came over and told me how helpful and friendly the staff had been to her. So, two recommendations in one! You're welcome.

Well first I'd like to start by saying that the owner Britten Wolfe is a total Stud !!! I called because I had a couple antique rings that had quite a bit of damage. One that had been sitting in a safe for over 10 years waiting to be fixed (out of fear of cost.) The owner Britten answered my phone call he was knowledgeable, confident and accommodating. I had two watches whose batteries stopped ticking. During the CoVid, finding a jeweler open was a bit of a task. I tried one of the chains, but they were open only by appointment. Perhaps that was a blessing. This little jeweler was excellent; fast and reasonable. They completed both battery replacements while we waited and so we enjoyed the artwork displayed on the wall, for sale from local artists. Very enjoyable.

Absolutely phenomenal staff, and owner. My former fiancé (now husband) picked BVW Jewelers to have our wedding and engagement rings designed. My ring specifications were unusual. I wanted a pendant custom designed and BVW did a FANTASTIC job! I am pretty particular and after the first meeting, they had a wax for me to look at. We made a couple slight adjustments to that and the second wax was perfect in proportion to the diamonds. They cast it and I love it! I would highly recommend BVW to anyone and will use them again.
They have unique jewelry in the store and some of the custom rings on display are beautiful. They are not what you see on everyone else. If I were choosing an engagement/wedding ring, this would be my first (and likely my only) stop.

My husband surprised me with a ten year anniversary gift to have my new ring designed by Britten and his team. I was blown away with the customer service. Every single member of his team was kind and sincere. It took a few months for me to finally decide on a ring. With the support and advice from Britten and Melissa, I finally decided on a rose gold knife edge setting with a brand new round diamond. I've left reviews before but I'm not one to quickly change my opinion. It wouldn't have happened if I hadn't received an immediate phone call and note about the issue I had faced first time around.
