Krista is incredibly knowledgeable and proficient in the Gottman method, which is hands down the best couples program available. My marriage was saved because of it, but it’s not an easy process and you have to be open and willing to do a lot of self reflection and work towards personal growth, which is hard and sometimes scary work. Krista has always treated me and my husband with kindness, empathy, and a gentle compassion which is critical when helping people manage big feelings. I recommend her to my friends frequently.

Felt like a scam. I was so hopeful signing up for Krista and this system. My partner and I had committed to a very expensive, 4 session system only to have her leave us completely stranded with our therapy. She told one of us in our individual session that she would not be able to help us until the other partner addresses their behavioral issues with their own therapist. The plan was to do individual therapy and then come back to her to continue doing couples therapy. When my partner and I met with her again, after our individual sessions, she did NOT address why she was basically firing us. She
