Lost 11 items of clothing I took to be laundered in May 2019. Have been given the run around for almost 2 years now!!! One was a new dress I had planned to wear to a wedding in June 2019. I had to go out and buy another dress. Would definitely not go here again. I'm giving one star because I cannot give a lower score...☹️☹️☹️

I could not be happier!! We had a baptism gown that is over 10 years old with normal infant stains that was left over, but were hoping we might be able to use it again next year. Neither I nor the employee who helped me thought it was going to come out, BUT THEY DID IT! I was thrilled!! It’s been several days and it still makes me smile when I think about it. First time customer, but I will definitely be returning. THANK YOU!!
