My husband has hearing aids that he hadn't used in years bought back in 2010 . I booked an appointment and we went in seeing if we could get these working again. The staff was incredible. They did everything they could to get these ancient hearing aids up to snuff again and succeeded. No pressure to buy new ones, but when the time comes we will definitely be going back to purchase from them when needed.

I had purchased hearing aids for my father from Ear Masters years ago and we had a very pleasant experience with the company. I decided to try the company again for my own personal use and again a very pleasant experience. The staff is fantastic, very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The ease of use for the hearing aids is a bonus also. I highly recommend this company.

A few years back my wife's left ear became completely deaf even after major consultation/testing. She was told they could not help her. She began to speak louder in conversations, said "what?" much more often and even had problems walking a straight line. She suffered with this for about a year until one day we went to the Big E and saw the Earmaster booth. The staff there was very pleasant and offered a free testing though she was very hesitant as she thought she knew the answer. She sat, they tested, some computer tweaking... then they spoke to her..to see her expression as the tears rolled down

Sad to hear that Al has passed on. He was not only a highly professional purveyor of hearing aids but a great person to know and associate with. Always a smile and a good word and always more than willing to make your hearing experience as meaningful as possible. I really liked the guy and trused his judgement for my hearing .... I shall miss him!
