I can say nothing but great things about the Hear Again Center and The very excellent service that I receive from all the staff there and it is very excellent and they pay careful attention to each customer's needs and make sure that you are very satisfied by the time. When I get to the center in West Hartford being a 67-year-old baby of course I was nervous.

I met with Stacey today. I didn’t have to wait. The receptionist was courteous and friendly. Stacey asked how my hearing aids were working out, cleaned them and gave me a hearing test. She is a terrific Hearing Instrument Specialist. She has set up everything on my phone and answered all my questions. Any questions after I leave or in the immediate future before my next appointment, I can always call her!

Dr. Varricchio and her team have helped me to overcome one of the greatest hurdles in my life- losing my hearing. I lost part of my hearing in a car accident in June 2019. I remembered how apprehensive I was at first and the difficulty in accepting that this was my new norm. Dr. V and her team didn't just assess and give me a device. They also took the journey with me. This isn't about just quality service but the compassion is all I could hope for and more. Thank you Hear Again Center team.
