A fifth generation Dallasite, Dan grew up in the Park Cities in an actively involved real estate family. Dan attended Washington and Lee University, and obtained his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Areas of specialization include Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Devonshire, and Bluffview.
Growing up in the Park Cities is one thing, growing up in a family where residential real estate was discussed every night at the dinner table is quite another. As a third generation Park Cities resident, Burton has extensive knowledge of the Park Cities and surrounding areas. He understands the market, knows first hand the value of providing superior customer service, and delivers the high standard demanded by clients in this area.
Neil has been working with The Rhodes Group since 2002 and has been selling everything from M-Street Tudors, to historical Swiss Avenue homes, to Lakewood new construction, to multi-family investment properties. Having graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. and having earned a Master's Degree in Sports Management, Neil brings an exceptional educational and business sense to The Rhodes Group.
When you grow up with Tom Rhodes as your father, it is difficult not to be passionate about real estate - and Thomas is passionate about real estate. Having grown up in the Park Cities, Thomas understands the Park Cities' real estate market and the surrounding areas. Thomas also brings to his clients a breadth of real estate knowledge including retail real estate leasing, distressed debt, and residential investment sales.

MY BEST TRADING EXPERIENCE EVER Must people are complaining about the pandemic disaster that they can not afford $500 there is no job so I saw a review on investment tried it with $1,000 even though they are lower cost of investment. starting from the range of $500 but I got a multiplication of my funds to over $8,500 in a week time it's magical because I never believe until I gave it a trial that is why I need to post an epistle of this online. We listed our home with Tom Rhodes. Everything was handled for us. The service that we received was well beyond what was expected based upon our past experiences. Our house was sold promptly and all the "Red Tape" was handled by the Rhodes team. We also asked Tom to help us find our new home. Again they handled everything! They narrowed our search, helped us find the home that we wanted. He did all the negotiating with the sellers. And set up the mortgage company to make for a very easy transaction. If I ever decide to sell any of my real estate I will use the Rhodes group! Great people!

We moved in May and used Dan Rhodes to sell our house in East Dallas and to buy our new house off of Midway Road. It didn't matter that we were moving to very different parts of town, Dan's knowledge and experience with the Dallas market made the process so much less stressful. He had great recommendations for inspections and repairs and helped us negotiate two satisfying transactions. We definitely appreciate all that Dan did for us.

The Rhodes Group is the by far the best real estate group we have ever dealt with, having bought and sold numerous homes. Thomas Rhodes in particular is beyond helpful, patient, and detailed, and negotiates an excellent and fair deal for his clients. I contacted The Rhodes Group for some tax advice after coming across a blog article written by Burton Rhodes. Although it was a bit late in the year for them to handle my issue directly, Burton nevertheless provided some very helpful information that allowed me to get a better sense for what I need to do. It is clear that they are very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and care about providing a fantastic client experience. I really appreciated their taking the time to help me out and am sure I will work with them in the future.
