Collier Home Care was like an army of angels when I needed help. My brother required extensive in-home care last spring. I was across the country, unable to travel due to Covid. The level of personal attention, care and compassion they provided was extraordinary. They always answered their phone and responded immediately to questions and concerns. I contacted Collier Home Care a few weeks ago to find a helper for my mom, who is having memory issues. Mike paid a home visit to meet with my mother to find a caregiver that would be well-suited for her personality and home environment. Mike immediately put my mother at ease, with his kind and reassuring manner, and his years of experience in the field. There was paperwork to be completed that might have seemed overwhelming for my mom, were it not for Mike's clear and reassuring explanations. The fact that Collier Home Care takes time to visit the house to choose just the right caregiver shows
