Our family has been growing grapes, making wine and producing non-alcoholic grape juices in the Anderson Valley in coastal Mendocino since 1974. Since we are small, you probably will not find our wine in your local store, the majority of our production is sold directly out of our tasting room and through phone and web orders.

Navarro Vineyards has been growing grapes sustainably and bottling wine in Mendocino's Anderson Valley since 1974. For over 40 years our family has produced value-driven wines that have received numerous accolades in wine books & magazines, and wine competitions. You won't find Navarro wines in stores as we prefer to sell our hand-crafted wines directly to the people who enjoy them and welcome our "farm-direct" prices.
Watch the seasons unfold with a tour of Navarro Vineyards. In spring the buds swell and burst out in leaf on the vines. The cover crop is abuzz with beneficial insects that enjoy the mustard flowers and wild calendulas as much as we do. By summer you can get an insider perspective on Navarro's chicken tractor and babydoll sheep projects which help minimize our use of fossil fuels.

Great ambience, great wine, great price.
This place checked all the boxes for me when it comes to a wine tasting experience. My main priorities are to enjoy the scenario while.comfortably sipping and learning about wines.
The tasting area is predominantly outdoors, with a wraparound deck and multiple covered patios with picnic benches over looking the vines. The surrounding landscapes are gorgeous, especially with the fall colors, and we enjoyed walking the property and taking photos.
Another huge plus is that this winery is dog friendly, and has its own dog park adjacent to the parking lot

Horrible service. We had reservations and they treated us very rudely and kept making us move because certain tables were reserved for people with reservations! We told them 3 times that we had reservations. Their wines were not good enough to put up with how we were treated. I would never go back.
There are way too many nice wineries on 128, spend your time there instead.

Beautiful vineyard to stop by on a sunny fall afternoon! The staff were all friendly and it really felt like a welcoming, non-intimidating space to relax and enjoy some delicious wines. Hoped to catch a glimpse of the babydoll sheep that help maintain the vines, but they were doing their thing in another area. There are up to 12 wines available for tasting and I especially enjoyed the 2020 rosé of Pinot noir and Riesling. Even got a couple of bottles to ship home to enjoy later Will definitely come back if we're ever in the area again (and order more rosé for next summer)!

Nice way to spend part of the day. Sitting near the vines in the shade covered in comfortable chairs. The serving staff was great! Super knowledgable and friendly. The wine tasting was a great experience. I personally liked the red wines more than the white wines here.
Easy parking and a no pressure experience, I look forward to coming back again.

Yessir, this is the spot! After decades of wine tasting, it's nice to add a new spot to my top 5 wineries of all time. Uncrowned and un-rushed tastings, great wines at very reasonable prices, outdoor tasting optional even outside the pandemic, dog friendly, breathtaking vineyard views, friendly pourers.
I have tasted here twice, and both times walked away with cases of wine. I usually buy a bottle or two per day of wine tasting, but this place gets me. Not that it's Anderson Valley's absolute finest wine. But it's up there amongst the best quality, and you can get an excellent

Fabulous tasting experience with Alobar this week. Myself and husband visiting from Napa with some friends from SF. We had no reservation but we have been a big fan of Navarro for well over a decade and found ourselves in the area. They allowed us to do a walk-in and we were lucky enough to have Alobar as a host. Very down-to-earth, friendly and accommodating. Everything he poured was fantastic especially the 2019 Gewurtztraminer, late harvest Gewurtz's, rose of pinot noir and all of the pinots and such an amazing price point for the quality. You can always rely on Navarro to be quality. We

This is my absolute favorite brand. I love the tart taste of the Pinot, sweetness of the Gewurztraminer, amazing aroma & the fact that they have the best alcohol free juices! I'm looking forward to going there for a tasting once it's safe & I have a special occasion. The staff are absolutely wonderful, kind & caring...they just want to make sure that the customer is satisfied! Truly great place with truly amazing people!!! :)

Great Place. Stopped here on our way to Mendocino. Loved the 'free' tastings. They are happy to make recommendations based on our preferences. We tried at least 6 different wines here and picked one of those for the evening. The winery is in picturesque location, with few hills around. They have a nice picnic area where you can relax or have a picnic. They also do winery tours in the months of July - Aug. Coming back again!

We so enjoyed our time here today, even on s foggy, soon-to-rain day. The tasting room is small but lovely and there is a wonderful outdoor picnic area and deck. The view is spectacular. Located just off the main road, it’s so convenient to stop at on your way to the coast. The wines are truly great, and the company is warm. This is a must see. Enjoy the free tastings and take some bottles home!
