Services
Let our instructors entertain your children in a safe and fun environment. MSGA offers birthday parties to children between the ages of 2 - 14. Our instructors will entertain your birthday child and their guests in an action packed hour of gymnastics fun and games. They have 30 minutes at the end of the party for cake and presents.
We provide talented young ladies with the opportunity to train and compete in a positive and productive atmosphere. The goal of the Mt. Si Gymnastics Team is to provide talented young ladies with the opportunity to train and compete in a positive and productive atmosphere. MSGA offers Women's Artistic Gymnastics in compulsory and optional USA Gymnastics Levels 3 - 10 (USAG Junior Olympic Program) and Xcel.
Tuck-n-Roll Preschool is a unique program in the Valley as we combine gymnastics instruction & play with a strong academic program which seeks to expose and teach preschoolers through play, letters, movement, and hands on activities!. Preschool with a Twist! Your child, ages 2 1/2 - 5, will learn their ABC's and 1,2,3's through movement and hand-on activities.

We're excited to introduce you to our new classes. Bizzy Bees for 3 year olds, Tumblebees for 4 year olds, and the new Junior Academy for 5 year olds. Junior Academy is a one hour class and is a great for transition between preschool and school age classes. The class fee is monthly. This class is parent participation for kids 12mo - 18mo, designed to help your child develop body awareness, coordination, balance and strength.

My 3 year old son and 4 year old niece have been going to Mt Si gymnastics for a while and love it. The coaches are amazing. I recently found out Mt Si has a preschool program so I had the kids attend a trial class and they absolutely loved it. I will be signing them up for the rest of this year and next year as well.

You will fall in love with this gym! Everyone we know that attends classes here is so happy with the teachers and quality of gymnastics. My daughter has attended many birthday parties here and I am impressed with the personal touches they add for each kiddos birthday. The staff is warm and friendly. I recently started selling my active apparel line to this gym and am so impressed with the owner and the staff. The gym is clean and welcoming, great place for kids to flourish.

The coach i had was terrible. i was going to spot a friend and she yelled at me not to do it it was her job. then she told the girl i’m not going to help you, and then when she helped a little she sprained the girls back. this coach was extremely unhelpful and a negitive person complaining, swearing to 13 year olds, and sharing her boy troubles.she gave us no tips on how to get better and was very judgmental. i feel completely unsafe with this coach. i will 100% never go back.

Our 7 year old daughter has been with Mt. Si Gymnastics since July. She's moved from the Little Si class to Dragonflies and is now ready for Cougars. We've been so lucky to have Coach Danette the entire time and are in fact on her waitlist for Cougars :) She's firm yet loving and Zoey just eats up every minute with her. She does a great job of coaching the group as a whole and pushing each child on an individual basis. I've taught skiing for over 10 years and can tell you that teaching a class of groups while continuously giving customized individual feedback is not not an easy skill. Very happy
