Bonding is a popular method to enhance the aesthetics of your smile. Bonding can be used to correct cracks or gaps in teeth, as a filling after a cavity has been removed, or to cover up stains or discolored teeth. A composite resin is used on the affected tooth or teeth. It is molded and sculpted over an adhesive gel that is placed on the tooth.

We have been patients of Dr Burr for about 12 years, with brief interludes with other dentists when our insurance plan changed. We kept going back asap, each time more grateful than the last. My kids even knew the difference - the hygienists are more both gentle and more thorough, and Dr. Burr is very professional and competent, while at the same time conservative with treatments, not recommending unnecessary work. I can really trust his evaluations!

LOVE Dr. Burr's office. Everyone from the hygienists to the lovely receptionist and billing coordinator are fantastic. They know me and care about me. They work well at communicating appointments, fees, and insurance issues. They are hi-tech with text appt reminders and digital xrays. They work with us on billing - trying hard to find insurance coverage and when that's not available, working on a payment plan. My husband and I both see Dr. Burr's office and have been bringing our now 6 year old since he was 3. Need to bring the 2.5 year old in next time!!

In a word, this dentist...and his staff...are EXCELLENT.
By heredity and environment (no flouride as a kid. smoked, coffee, sugar, no flossing, etc.) I always had poor quality teeth. in spite of regular dental care (every six months), not one of the many dentists I saw measureably improved my mouth. Dr. Burr and his superb hygienists changed all that. In the over five years I have used Dr. Burr for dental care, my teeth have never...that's never...been better. Dr. Burr is a highly skilled professional. He is gentle, caring, intelligent, sensitive and regularly displays good judgement

I have been going to David Burr since I moved to the Bay area. I still go to him even though I no longer live in Walnut Creek. The staff is very kind and thoughtful. He is always upfront about costs.
They got my teeth back in order and I'm feeling good!
