Services
Provide professional and paraprofessional services to clients in their homes assisting them to achieve the highest level of potential in their day-to-day self-care activities. We are committed to providing high quality, multidisciplinary care by professionals who recognize the need for comprehensive assessment of needs from both the client and professional's point of view.
Whether it was an accident or a result of injury or disease, the role of a physical therapist is to help our members return to maximal function. Physical therapists also work with individuals to prevent loss of mobility by developing fitness- and wellness-oriented programs for healthier and more active lifestyles.
Occupational Therapy focuses on our member's ability to perform the broad range of everyday life activities. OT promotes independence by improving the skills required to perform these activities and/or teaching alternative ways to accomplish them. In order to receive OT, a physician's referral is required.
Speech and language therapy helps individuals improve breathing, speaking, and swallowing functioning. Speech therapy focuses other ability to understand words and the ability to use words to express thought. Our team will meet, evaluate and diagnose specific communication difficulties and follow the plan of care prescribed by the physician.
A Home Health Aide is a trained person who can come to a members home and help them take care of themselves and their daily activities. Home Health Aides are supervised by a registered nurse who will help assess our members daily living needs. Such assistance with activities of daily living can be instrumental in helping with not only the member themselves but the family as well.
