Dec - 2019 We had a serious mold issue in our villa. Kyle did a complete inspection in an effort to locate the source of the mold. He and his team were meticulous and it was suggested that we have our roof check for a possible leak (water intrusion)? As it turns out there was in fact a leak, it was corrected and then we had a complete remediation done. Post remediation Kyle came back and did more air sample tests and the mold was erradicated! Kyle was very courteous, professional, timely and knowledgeable! Several times we had to reach out to him because our insurance company was not very cooperative

We hired Kyle and his company to complete a home inspection on our property that we are buying. Kyle is honest, on time and very professional. He sent extensive, detailed reports that were easy to understand . Kyle returned every phone call and text even after business hours. I hired Kyle two more times after this for further testing. I hired Southwest Florida Home Inspections to inspect a prospective condo purchase and perform a radon test. They performed both inspections quickly and efficiently with a detailed report with in a day or two. Even after our home purchase, Kyle provided an additional document leading to a reduction in my homeowners insurance. It was so nice to work with a great company. On very short notice we called Tami and Kyle to see if they could do a condo inspection for us. Tami was very professional in giving us the services and costs. She did what needed to be done to accommodate our time schedule and got the inspection done during our brief stay in Ft. Myers. Kyle was proficient, and thorough in his inspection. I can't think of anything he missed and he was very careful to be sure he explained the few things he did find very clearly. Very Friendly Staff, answered the call right away. Tami walked me through the inspection process got my inspection scheduled on the spot. Kyle Inspected our home and his attention to detail was amazing. He took the time to walk back through the house and show me his finding and explained what needed to be fixed. I received an email with the detailed report the same day as the inspection. A+ service all around. Would recommend them to anyone buying a property!
