Dr. Ayman Zraiqat is a holistic, mercury-safe (amalgam/silver filling-free) and mercury safe dentist and he is dedicated to practicing safe and healthy dentistry. His mission is to treat his patients in the most healthy, caring, holistic way possible and to share information about dental wellness with his patients so that they may make educated decisions about their oral health.
At the Holistic Dental Arts Center, we offer ceramic implants by one of the top periodontists in the country, Mona Monzavi DMD, MS. At Holistic Dental Arts Center, we are a "mercury-safe" office, meaning we don't use mercury amalgam fillings.
Dr. Mona Monzavi received her doctorate in dental medicine from the University of Pittsburgh and her certificate in advanced periodontology and implant surgery from Loma Linda university. She has been actively involved in dental research on themes of periodontology, implantology, and regeneration since 2008.
In traditional dentistry, when repairing teeth we are taught to necessarily destroy a lot of healthy tooth structure to get to a decayed area and repair it, or cut the tooth completely down in order to place a cover (crown) or partial crown over a tooth to keep it from breaking in the future.

My crown of three years recently fell out of my mouth. I have been under a tremendous amount of stress. My family relocated to the OC from Chicago in July. We had been going to a local dentist in Aliso Viejo. I went in for an apt to have my crown put back on andalthough the tooth below was healthy they told me it was "Impossible."

I’m a new patient at Holistic Dental Arts. I was seeking to have 7 big horrible mercury amalgams SAFELY removed and refilled. I’m so glad I found Dr. Z. Everyone in the office has been a pleasure to deal with. I’m so glad they were able to get me in a lot sooner than initially thought. Dr. Z is very sincere and caring. He told me I likely have the detoxification defect (mercury doesn’t always affect everyone as badly as me, every individual is unique) and referred me where to look into that. Dr. Z. also made me laugh which put me at ease before my first big amalgam removal procedure.

So happy with this place. I had a really bad tooth ache and had a deep cleaning and ozone treatment (which is just gas) and the pain went away. It’s been 4 months!
Also no cavities unlike regular dentists told me I had 6.
Dr Z was the only dentist who actually showed me that I had mercury in my gums that got into my gums when I got my wisdom teeth pulled over 11 years ago and that I had a chipped mercury filling (which i plan to all have removed)
Although it was more $ than I expected, I will never go back to a regular dentist that still tells me that metal in my teeth is fine and to keep

Dr. Zraiqat is the best dentist I’ve ever met. I wish they all were like him. His professionalism is refreshing! He loves his work, but more than that he’s excellent at explaining the facts about your needs. You don’t often meet people who are miles above others in their field. I am highly allergic to average service and mediocrity. This dentist restored my faith in dentistry.

I wound up at Dr. Z's office as I was looking to have more than ten amalgam mercury fillings removed in an effort to improve my overall health. I received great, timely care & the process was much less than painful than I ever would've anticipated. I will definitely continue seeing Dr. Z for my dental health as I know it will be best for my overall health.

Ever since I came in for a consultation the front desk and the doctor have been extremely receptive and helpful. Doctor Zraiqat’s intelligence and expertise is show in his work and I can honestly say I feel taken care of.
