After being sent away from another place (who knows why) I came to Safe Tires because I saw it from the road. NANCY came out and helped me before I even got out of my car, she let me know about a special today and also recommended that I get 2 tires replaced and showed me why. The guys got straight on my car and paused to give a recommendation for another thing I may need in the future. I really feel like they helped me out and for the best price! Well first off, my husband took his car up here to get his compressor fixed on his car and also the lower control arms fixed as well. So the compressor only worked for 8 days and we had to take the car back to shop while we were in the middle of looking at property in Buckhead but before that my husband had to bring the car back because when they originally did the work they didn't even fix the compressor in the car. So we got there at 8 a.m. only to find out they don't open until 830 and i had to work in Macon at 8. My husband took the car up there and had to pay $50 for a Uber back

Beware....... everyone I came there to get a brake job done I bought the parts and they did the labor new brake pads and rotors they did the installation after 2 months later my front right brake fall apart the brake came lose the bolt calipers came off and the brake dropped down and mess up my whole rim inside it scratched up the inside of my rims lucky me I didn't hit nobody I couldn't drive the car I had to pull over and see I had to call the Machinc to come or get It tolled so the Machinc came took my tires off and said wow u lucky you didn't hit anyone your missing 1 bot caliber

The mechanics do not speak good English, most of them do not know what they are doing, and they are jerks! My fiancé made an appointment to drop his truck off at 8 AM on a Friday morning. Let me begin. I called Safe Tires on Tuesday to get a quote for four new tires. When I'm doing business with people where quotes are given, I usually have them put it in writing or I record my call. I came here because other places charged around $90 for an alignment and they did it only for $40. After I got my alignment done, my car turned by itself mostly to the left. I went back to either get it fixed or get refunded. The owner blamed it on the tire rods being tight and not being able to loosen it. He said that he only aligned the driver side and not the other 3 sides that I paid for! When asked why did he charge me when he did not even do the service, he made up some prices when the price is already in big letters outside. With my CR-V on the lift my six sense said, "Why pay $240.00 for used Michelins you saw for $170.00 the set. Manuel Owner or Manager was the nicest at first, assuring me that one of the tires had a nail in the sideway, and he wasn't going to install that one, to my satisfaction. I have been getting used tires and an alignment from them for a while now. In the beginning everything was ok. When i took my care for the 1st alignment.
