When your car's "Check Engine" light comes on, it's usually accompanied by a sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach. The light could mean a costly problem, like a bad catalytic converter, or it could be something minor, like a loose gas cap. But in many cases, Its better to come down so we can locate the malfunction and get the light turned off.

I have been taking my cars here for years and have been extremely pleased with the service provided. Don is honest and upfront on what the options are and the prices are reasonable. I would prefer to have brand new cars that did not require service but driving old cars with Duece able to provide repairs is the next affordable option.

Had a transmission hose break today in my driveway. Called Don at Deuce as they had recently done some other work for me.
He sent 2 techs out who made emergency repairs, took the car to the shop to do the job properly, and returned the car within an hour. Not only did the repair but brought oilsorb and cleaned up the extensive mess. All with smiles.
No wonder folks keep going there for years.

Cousin came in with a vehicle which was not acting right and she was given an estimate on the work to be done after it was assessed. Unfortunately, a bit of miscommunication caused dissatisfaction when following the authorized work, they told her the engine needed replacement. What made it shocking, they asked her to pay for the authorized work. While it's understood that labor costs, it's best to communicate it with the customer up front.

I've been coming here for 10 years. Don is by far the most honest car person I've ever dealt with. My boyfriend takes his care to Deuce now and we even drive across town after a move to East Cobb last year. Also, I don't have a foreign car and Deuce has always been able to service my issues. I highly recommend Don and Deuce Auto.

My mother and I have gone back and forth on whether the unique spelling of "Duece" is intentional or not. It makes it memorable for me, so perhaps it's not such a bad thing.
My family discovered Duece years ago, and we have been bringing our cars here ever since. The owner, Don, is helpful and friendly. Gawd, I love this place!! The mechanics here know what they are doing! They have super quick turn around time! Great Custermer Service!
Here I am in the hottest city in the South and the car's A/C stops working! It is 2 days before a major Holiday weekend where I am carpooling three families to a weekend camping trip! I am panicking!
Arriving unannounced at Deuce's at 11am, I drop the car off. Within 90 minutes they have tested the vehicle, determined the problem, ordered the replacement part, and called me to say that the car will be ready for pick-up by 5pm!
Whew!! Major catastrophe

Deuce Auto Repair came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Don and his mechanics were able to fix a problem on my 92 Toyota Pickup that alluded many other shops.
The price was reasonable and matched the estimate. The car was ready when promised and I got a phone call to let me know I could pick it up.
They also did the same type job on my 99 Acura. I have found my new car repair shop!

These guys are great! I have used Duece Auto several times in the past and always had a terrific experience. The last time that I used their services I had to get a thermostat housing replaced in my wife's 2002 Ford Explorer. Everything was good for about 30 days until I noticed a pool of antifreeze underneath the truck. I called Don, the owner, and he asked me to bring the vehicle in so that he could inspect it. As it turns out, the housing was faulty and he fixed it within 1 hour. This is a business that stands by their services. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to this shop.

The dealerships quoted prices cheaper than Dueces Auto and the owner was not friendly or helpful. Maybe it was just a bad day, but his service was unprofessional. They also charge a $90 diagnostic fee and it DOES NOT go towards any work that you do with them. At least when you pay that at an independent or dealership, the diagnostic fee go towards the work.
I strongly do not recommend this shop. There are plenty of shops in Tucker, avoid this one.

Don Han is the owner here and I'm happy to say that he has always serviced my car with honesty and integrity. It's hard to find auto mechanic shops that are legit but I'm glad that I do business with Don.
Him and his staff are always courteous and generous with their time. They will answer many questions that I have about my vehicle and will always be patient and understanding of my needs.
