Tiffany grew up in New Jersey at Rebound Gymnastics with her three younger siblings, her mother/coach and stepfather, Diane and Bob Farrell, who are the owners of Rebound, in New Jersey. Tiffany VanDusen's love for gymnastics started at an early age. At age 6 she represented the United States in Moscow, training with Russia's national team and coaching staff.

Tiffany the owner has very little sense in running a business, she's unprofessional, and unqualified. The lack of communication is unreal. Multiple emails, calls, voicemails with no response back is not only frustrating but shows her lack of caring and commitment to a paying customer. No one is ever in the front to answer the phone or to answer any questions in person and when there is they have no idea how to handle anything. They tell you to send an email to Tiffany or say they will leave a message for her which she doesn't respond to. I highly recommend taking

I wish I could give 0 stars. I cannot describe how disappointed I am in not only myself (for being fooled by the leadership of Rebound Gymnastics), but in the staff and managers who made my life a living hell for several weeks until the day I took my child from this hell hole and never looked back. Tiffany, the owner, is thee single most egotistical, self centered, unprofessional woman I have ever met. Responsiveness? Not in her vocabulary. Honesty. She has never done an honest thing in her life. I've been overcharged on several occasions, told I owe additional fees which I have found out

No one should ever allow their children to attend this establishment. The owner is completely unprofessional, and is noticeably unpleasant to her staff members, and clients. She does not have air conditioning in this building, and expects coaches and gymnasts to thrive in Arizona when the conditions are almost unbearable. It also appears that she hires children under age to work for her. Very unprofessional. Definitely look elsewhere. We are so much happier at Scottsdale gymnastics.

I called multiple times. No answers, just a vm. I went online to contact via email and after a few days had a non automated response back. Emailed the owner a few times inquiring about classes and she suggested a trial day. We confirmed a friday class at 4pm. My girls were very excited and we showed up to find the place closed. I peeked through the window and wasn't really impressed with the appeal of the inside. We went home disappointed and emailed to reschedule the trial class and after a month have yet to receive a call or email response. So...this place could be a great place, but who

They only want money here. The owner is always behind and never gets back to you. They clean their mats 1-2 times a year. & The waiting room is hot and the owner, Tiffany talks poorly of children when they leave the room. Poor environment and you cannot even see your children while they are in their class. Only the older team girls on bars. I do not recommend!

Worst gymnastics experience ever. The owner refuses to return phone calls or emails and has over-billed our family twice. There is rarely anyone at the front desk and no one EVER answers the phone. Tiffany has no place running a business and her customer service is pathetic. The only plus to Rebound West is the cheap Saturday night kids play. We are thrilled to be back at Sunrays where they actually know what they're doing.

I have to agree with Sarah B.'s review. My son has been attending this gym for a few months, they were ok at first the age groups were separated which was advertised however that quickly changed. They mixed 5 year olds with 9/10 year olds, and the coach paid little to no attention to my son and the other younger students. The coach would constantly leave the younger students on one side of the gym completely ignoring them which is dangerous. Growing up myself in competitive gymnastics and ballet, I was very upset to see that new skills and tricks were improperly broken down for the beginners

Rebound Gymnastics West is a state of the art facility with an excellent coaching staff. The gym is always clean and well organized. Class sizes are small, well run with many progressions, and the coaches are very positive and knowledgeable. RGW offers classes for all levels and includes fun activities like obstacle course and group games in addition to the gymnastics. I can't wait to see the kids perform at the Dr. Seuss themed Rec Show in May.

Last summer we were visiting friends in Arizona and my daughter needed a place to train. The owner communicated with my daughter's coach in NJ and set up a training regiment that allowed her to work out in the morning and gave us the afternoons off to be tourists. Great facility, clean, bright and cool. Thank you to Tiffany and her staff for helping us out. I highly recommend Rebound Gymnastics to anyone in the area.

The coaching staff & gym facility at RGW are excellent. They keep the equipment and the gym very clean. My daughter is on the team and has been training there for years. The coaches really understand what my daughter needs - she gets lots of one-on-one attention. My daughter has met a great group of peers and enjoys going to the gym so much that she wants to work there & be a gymnastics coach when she is older. Team gymnastics is very challenging but my daughter has done well because of RGW.

We've been going here for about 2 years for rec classes. My daughter loves the classes. I like how we can shift class times easily as our kids&family schedule changes, payment is very easy. They allow make-up classes when schools are on Spring and Fall break, which is a great value and consideration for families. The special events and open gym are great - even my kids who don't take lessons enjoy going. We've had a bday party there and all the kids enjoyed it. Location and facility are really nice. Wifi in the waiting room too!

Our daughter has been going to Rebound West for over 3 years and finally we had enough and decided to pull her out. Yes, there were inconveniences of having to wait for her in a hot and uncomfortable room, no WIFI for parents trying to work while waiting, unlike other sports venues nearby (check out Scottsdale Martial Arts). The front desk manager is rude and unpleasant to deal with, but we glanced over all that.
In spite of our daughter liking gymnastics very much, what made us leave was constant churn of trainers, no one knew what level our daughter should be at, what skills she had learned
