Services
We offer the following classes for children between the ages of 9 months and 6 years old (Kindergarten). Parent and Toddler participation. This class allows the young student to explore the sport and begin to learn gymnastics techniques. Dancing Jumpers is for girls age 3 and potty trained who want to enjoy dance and gymnastics in the same class.
This is an introductory beginner level class for students who have little or no experience with gymnastics equipment. For example- we will be focusing on forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, pullovers, and straight jumps. It allows young gymnasts to explore the sport and begin to learn basic gymnastics techniques on vault, floor, beam, and bars.
Our Mission: The NVG TWISTERS Trampoline & Tumbling Team's and classes main objective is to have an important positive impact on your child's future. We are not only committed to helping each person become the best athlete he/she can possibly be, but also to helping him/her become a happy, healthy and responsible individual.
Those amazing tricks you see people perform. In power tumbling you will learn those fast pace strong skills. It focuses specifically the on dynamic tumbling series like mulitple back handsrings, back tucks, layouts and full twists. For boys and girls ages 6 and older. This class teaches the fundamentals of tumbling.
This is a group structured daytime 55-minute class that combines general fitness and gymnastics. It is designed to get your child moving in a fun environment, while increasing Endurance, Strength, Flexibility, Balancea and Spatial Awareness. Attended a gymnastic competition as guest from Tucson. The place was pretty dirty. I was on the top level and looked down to see an exit sign above below door, full of hair that appeared to have accumulated over a very long time. My eyes were opened immediately to the uncleanliness of this facility with dust, hair, fingerprints and dirt on surfaces that should be cleaned at least daily. During a time that protocol and respect for covid should adhere, it was shocking to see parents of the norm for this facility and employees of NVG disregarded the 6 feet rule, on top of no need to wear a mask. This

Brinley did an excellent job during Mondays open gym. She was very talkative and friendly and did a great job helping the kids stay safe on the equipment. She is caring and I could tell she loves her job and takes pride in her work. It was a great first time experience for myself and my daughter. We will be back again soon!

This place is incredible! My kid needs a place to go summer camp and this place has got everything she needs in a safe and professional environment. I wouldn't think of taking my kid anywhere else. If you really want your kid to have a blast and learn some new gymnastics skills, there's not really any other choice but North Valley gymnastics! If you haven't been here for their regular classes, then right now is perfect to check them out for their summer camp. After you get your feet wet I think you're going to decide to sign them up for the regular scheduled sessions.

My daughter has been going here for a few years now and we absolutely love it! They have a large, clean facility filled with well trained, attentive and friendly staff.
I saw some posts about not liking the repetitive nature of the classes. Friendly reminder, gymnastics is repetition ❤️

My daughter did the free trial class. We had no idea what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised with NVG. Beyond happy with their communication and customer service. Her coach stayed and spoke with us after her session as well! Needless to say, we have now become members of this gym and I am so excited to watch my daughter excel here! Even signing her up and making the first payment was a flawless experience! I highly recommend this place!

I started bringing my daughter here in mid August because it was within our budget and close to our home. I am very impressed with this place. My daughter has coach Sam in the fast track a class and I love her. My daughter needs structure and coach Sam gives that to her. She has rules and if you don't follow then there is consequences. They also do activities every month or so that my other kids who don't attend the gym can take part in. Love this place!

We have been to 6 different gyms around the valley and this is by far the best! The coaches are great and the schedule always works with ours. It is extremely clean and the class sizes are small. Plenty of viewing space and just overall a friendly environment. I will always recommend this gym to everyone!
