I unfortunately got a speeding ticket. Having not had one in over 12 years, I was embarrassed and terrified as to what it would do to my insurance. I decided to hire Tony and boy am I glad I did. I sought out Garguile legal services because my driving record was clean and I wasn't sure how to represent myself in court, especially with Covid moving many meetings online. In discussing my options for my own defense freely with me, I realized they had legal experience and knowledge of local police officers that might be helpful...and their fees were reasonable. As court calendars were pushed back several times due to covid, Tony or Jessica kept me updated immediately and answered any questions. I had a collision nearly avoiding a vehicle that came to a stop on the on ramp Southbound I-5 @ 220th in Mountlake Terrace on my way to work at 4:30 in the morning. Called the police, as it was dark and we were blocking the on ramp. To my surprise I was issued a citation of almost $200 for excessive for driving conditions. I've never had a lawyer before and after review of Tony I decided to call. He got right back to me and laid it out for me. He said chances were not as likely to have the ticket removed, but he felt confident

My wife and I just moved to Washington from Los Angeles a year ago
where the slowest speed limit is 45 MPH except for school zones. Here in the Seattle area, I see limits like 35 MPH on main roads and 25 on residential. I was simply not used to it. So coming home late one Saturday night I was snared by a speed trap. The trap was clever. I was coming off the main 45MPH road and turning the corner onto a residential (25MPH) and immediately snared in the trap.
I have a perfectly clean driving record. It was clean in California, and it was clean

I saved a lot on potential insurance increases, and learned a bit more about the Seattle court system. I would not have been able to achieve this result on my own. I was also able to speak with Tony for a consultation before commiting the full ~$400 price tag, which helped me be confident in my decision in hiring them. I can't compare to any other traffic lawyers in the area, but I had a good enough experience that I wouldn't bother recommending shopping around if my friend was in the same situation.

I'm in Thurston County. I was accused of speeding and engaged Garguile Law to represent me. From start to finish they represented me professionally, courteously and efficiently. I found myself coming back from Portland up I-5 northbound in Lewis country where I found myself deep in thought, though aware enough to notice the WSP sitting on the shoulder, but not enough to look down and see I was doing 98 mph, though the State Patrol Officer was kind enough to share that bit of info with me when we just happen to meet roadside a mile or so up the road.

Tony is hands down the best attorney I've had! I was skeptical hiring an attorney cause I've never done so before. Also, with my traffic ticket, I wanted the best since I went 26MPH over. Because of this, I thought the best thing that could've happened was that it got reduced to a non moving violation but Tony exceeded my expectations and got my ticket completely dismissed! Honestly... this is the guy you want in your corner.
Tony's casual approach towards me client made me feel at ease with a had a friend on my side and well listened to. His way of explaining things is so understandable and he is happy to take the extra time if you have trouble wrapping your head around all the legal nuances.
I have used OffTheRecord.com before and unfortunately I had to waste my time with the 4 odd hours of crap safety course testing. I paid the ticket, the legal fee AND the certificate price, all it saved me was the infraction being placed on my record. With Garguile however

I cannot recommend him enough. I got my first ever speeding ticket recently. I panicked and paid it. Then my sister told me I should have looked at lawyers. Well being that I had just paid it, I looked a few up and contacted a couple. Tony was the only one that responded. Before I knew it I had a court date (that I didn't have to actually show up at). He got my ticket completely dismissed and I'm still in shock at how painless the whole process was. I love Tony. I am not a person that likes to speak in public and I hate confrontation, so the thought of going to court to dispute my traffic violation was a nightmare for me.
