The Brewer's Art
Your first growler will be $18 and it will be filled with your draft beer of choice. Your next growler will be an exchange so click the 'Exchange Growler' of your choice for $15 and remember to bring in your empty growler to be exchanged for your fresh growler, which we will do our best to have chilled and waiting when you arrive.

Our elegant space, freshly prepared contemporary continental cuisine, award-winning house-made ales and excellent wine list, combined with very reasonable prices, have made us a popular spot for everything from rehearsal dinners to business meetings and holiday parties.
Services
We are a brewery and restaurant located in an early 20th century townhouse, in the heart of Baltimore's historic Mt. Vernon district. Since opening our doors in 1996, we have become one of Baltimore's most beloved destinations for well-crafted beers and outstanding cuisine in a unique and relaxing atmosphere.

I so badly want to give a better rating, but I was really only impressed by the art work, and decor. The limited menu is insulting and the quality of food was very disappointing. I tried to enjoy the Mac & cheese, but the Kraft like noodles were not what I expected. The match stick french fries were okay, but if there was actually any rosemary it must have been hiding. The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there, and I never really felt like my business was appreciated. I won't return. It's a fun space, but unfortunately it's really not worth my time or money.

Great great brewed Belgium beer! I enjoy sitting here with my friends and get the nicest beer in town. Cold, tasteful and the atmosphere here is just remarkable! I will recommend to anyone that likes beer to try this place

Outside seating differs pretty drastically from the inside. So there is a really a settling for everyone. If you want some a bit more casual eat/drink outdoors. For something a bit more formal try indoors. I can't speak of "The Cave" since it wasn't open when we visited.

It goes without saying that the beer at Brewers Art is amazing, but the food adds a whole other layer to the experience. The same consideration that goes into the creation of their timeless and innovative brews, is replicated in the menu presented. The space is really interesting and full of history. Definitely a must visit for anyone who enjoys good beer and good food.

The place is beautiful and the beer is great. But it didn't feel as welcoming as I expected. I ended up taking my friend to another brewery in Baltimore after visiting here. There are so many great brews in Baltimore, so I recommend going elsewhere.

Unique experience and fantastic craft beer. We stopped here for a drink while exploring the Mt Vernon neighborhood and loved it. The decor, ambiance, staff and beer were all wonderful. Have since had their beer at several other bars around town, can’t wait to come back.

This place is such a pleasant surprise. I was expecting standard bar fare and was shocked at how refined and delicious everything was. The octopus and melon gazpacho was tangy and tasty, the agnolotti were perfectly tender, the pierogies were crisp, the fried chicken sandwich was juicy and flavorful, and the desserts were outta this world. The lemon and poppy bar is killer. Totally worth checking this place out!

Word of mouth put us here and we are glad we visited. We were stressed for time so we sat at the bar for happy hour (which is priced great). We were greeted quickly, served quickly and food was tasty and hot (only had crab dip which is definitely a must). They're the largest local brewery and have quite a few tasty options to start, be sure to stop by!

Definitely one of my favorite places in Baltimore City. It’s a nice upscale restaurant with great food and service. I tried their downstairs service, which is a very chill as oppose to their upstairs service. I thoroughly enjoyed the selection of food and drinks on the menu. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place.
