We are new to Doc's , this is our third visit. We honestly feel Iove with this place the very first time we stayed. We started out with a month and we're at 3 this year. Denise is a kind and helpful manager who along with her husband we consider not just close friends but family.Jerry the guy who helps with the park upkeep does so many other things for so many. It's like a big family and again we love it.

Ok, I don’t want the secret out but We Love Doc’s!! First, Denise is great and one of the sweetest ladies ever. We had our camper there through the summer and on vacation had a family emergency. She worked with us through it all, always asked about my daughter and new grandsons. Felt like family. The park is low keyed, clean, and a great pool. We love bringing our granddaughter (4 years old) and cant wait for Denise to meet our new grandsons next summer. I can’t say enough good things, so if you’re wondering should you stay, Book It!

Our reservation in Florida got canceled because of Covid (we’re from Louisiana), so we called here last minute to try to get a spot. The rates are so reasonable, we got a spot for two weeks. We were parked right across from the bathhouse and the pool in a nice, shady spot. Everything is super duper clean and not ever really crowded. Lots of very friendly people and other kids around for our kids to play with. The location is ideal for running to town or going the Fort Morgan way. We had the best time! This park is wonderful!

Very quiet, family friendly, safe for kids to ride bikes even in the evening. Speed 5 mph obeyed for safety. Great pool! Large laundry facilities and bath house. Staff super friendly and helpful. We met several regulars who have been coming here for 23-25 years! That says a lot! Walmart and restaurants within 3-4 miles but you'd never know it because it's so quiet and peaceful. I hope that we will be able to come back next year for a few weeks!

Bathrooms were always clean, and had hot water. Pool was nice it was an older pool but there is nothing wrong with that. There was a lot of shade, and the trees were beautiful.this park is nice and safe and not in a bad part of town. The pool is great for young children. Overall it is a great RV park.

We just had our first weekend at Docs and we love it so much we are now permanent residents. The managers and staff are the friendliest people! The grounds are well kept, the bath house is the nicest and cleanest I've seen! They have numerous activities and things to do all the time. We love it, and soooo looking forward to spring and summer so we can be back!!

This facility was beyond accommodating for our family. We were able to rent a cabin that was recently updated/remodeled. The cabin experience was awesome. We went to the local Walmart and picked up toiletries, food and drinks. The cabin comes with all types of kitchen appliances, gadgets and silverware. The bathroom is stocked with towels and linens. The beds were perfect/ we had the bunks. We will stay here again if we come back to the beach because it was the perfect drive to get down to the strip and sand.

Sandy, shaded slots with full hook ups, fairly level. Reservations were friendly and painless. All hook ups worked fine, though we did not use cable. Restroom/shower was a mixed bag - block construction, expertly painted and extremely clean, with unusually spacious showers and adequate anterooms; but half the showers (for both genders) delivered only cold water, and a fan marked "do not turn off" keeps the rooms extremely chilly in cold weather. The laundry facilities were clean and well-maintained, and among the most affordable we have seen on our trips. Wi-Fi was adequate but choppy

I was a little hesitant about this place...mostly because of the name and no reviews :) HOWEVER, it was great!
1. The manager answered the phone the first time I called...which seems to be a problem with other RV parks
2. Reasonable rate. Some of the others I called were $75+ for the first week of March, which I thought was a little expensive, plus some others charged $10 for each child! I have two kids under two and I didn't think that was necessary.
3. Clean and well maintained. No weeds around, good driveway around.
4. Good laundry facilities
5. Bathrooms are reasonable
6. Pool-which
