I have been a customer at this agency for over 7 years. I recently called for a quote to add a car to my existing policy and after almost 2 weeks, I never received it and no communication either, I went to the office and spoke with Irma. She definitely does not represent what it means to have customer service. Because of her, this agency allowed a 7+ year customer to take her business else where.

They just can't provide customer service. You have to always follow up with them - and numerous times. They make excuses for not responding and it's simply gets old after a while and wastes too much. Getting a response to calls doesn't happen. Same for emails. So I decided to send a letter, only to find they misplaced it and were going to "work on it and get right back with you". Well, that didn't happen either and now it's been two months. They just appear not to be very organized and therefore not responsive. And that's certainly not something you
