Michael founded Global Repair Group in 2008, and has been an entrepreneur and business owner for the past 24 years. He is responsible for the financing of Global Repair Group, establishing and maintaining manufacturer relationships, and overall strategic direction. Prior to opening the Global Repair Group, Michael founded The Mobility Shop, a durable medical equipment company focused on providing mobility equipment to patients nationwide.
Oftentimes, assistive device damage requires immediate attention and cannot be delayed. We are always ready to step in and accommodate all passenger needs, so they can feel confident that their situation will be effectively and efficiently resolved. We make sure that passengers continue to be satisfied after their claim is resolved.
There's a lot of coordination and logistics that go into assistive device claims. Luckily, we use our expertise to cover all grounds for you-evaluating equipment damage, developing strategies to expedite repairs or replacements, and dispatching our technicians, all to ensure rapid claims resolution.

The rep my daughter was assigned, Pearl, was fabulous from the beginning to the end of her issue. Power Wheelchair was damaged on a flight from Colorado to Chicago. There was even a little delay with my daughter reaching out about the damages due to finishing up a semester of school and having to move back home. Pearl was friendly, caring and professional. Her follow up on how things were moving along on her end, and asking about the direct contact we had with the vendor, was awesome! I hope all the reps are this great.
