Dave Beshoar is the best. He helped me schedule the delivery of a lift chair for my mom who turns 100 in September. His kind, caring, approach is rare in the area of sales. I can't say enough positive things about MedServ in Urbana. I know they have stores in Palestine and Chicago... I haven't had experience (personally) with those, but based on my experience in Urbana, knowing he owns those other stores, I'm sure experiences there will also be EXCELLENT. GREAT CHOICE for medical/geriatric equipment!

Very good place for wheelchair and any mobility needs. Dave is just wonderful. My mother has been using MedServ for years for all of her wheelchair needs. We attempted to try out another place just because but has a negative experience trying to get her measured for a chair, so we went back to MedServ since they have my mothers information on file. Called there number and Dave said come on in.

Having a manual wheelchair break when traveling is not just inconvenient, it's difficult to even find people that work on them. After I broke a critical (for me) part, Dave got it ordered and sent overnight, and Alex had me up and running in about 15 minutes. Alex also pretty much tuned up the entire chair, fixed a wheel that caused the problem in the first place, and adjusted the brakes, seat and back. My chair is better than new! The service was awesome--everything a business in a service industry should be and the price was more than reasonable.
