1st and last time patient. This office is unsanitary! They had me pee in a cup and use the same pen that every one uses after they’ve used to restroom to write my name on the cup. When the nurse took my blood she laid my arm on a bare counter with no tissue underneath. I came in for a follow up appt to get my blood results and I had to pay another co-pay. The woman told me every time I see the doctor I have to pay. The floors are dirty, the rooms are un kept. I do NOT recomendable this office. The nurse is nice, the receptionist has an attitude. I asked the nurse how often do they have the maids

Dr. Argueta knows how to make a patient comfortable, he listens well, process information, and give his opinion, he is very knowledgeable and informative, my two parents are very comfortable with him. on the other hand the clinic is a bit old, all the devices are old, but I still don't mind that for the good service I receive from the doctor and the staff. the only one thing I hate about this clinic is the delay in refilling prescriptions, and the fact that I wait 30 min over the phone to make an appointment, It was never this way before, just recently things changed and most processes slowed

I came into this urgent care last week on a Holiday (2/18/2019) as a walk-in for an upset stomach. The doctor treated me and recommended running some blood-work as I have not had a primary care physician in over 2 years. The blood-work was ran and we scheduled an appointment for that Saturday (2/23/2019) to go over the results in person. I called ahead of the appointment time of 10:30 am to confirm, then showed up on-time at 10:30 am to the appointment on Saturday. I then proceeded to wait 30 minutes after signing in without the front-desk staff acknowledging that I had an appointment, or that

I came here on a Thursday after work because I was having really bad pain on my tailbone area. I got in at 5:30 pm hoping to be seen. The receptionist said they had already seen their last patient and that the doctor was done for the day. They recommended I come on Saturday. I was getting married on Saturday and leaving for my honeymoon the following Monday. I had an appointment the next day on Friday so couldn’t come after work the following day. They asked if I could come during my lunch break on Friday (the next day). They promised they would accommodate me and get me in and out quickly. To

Love the doctors, but the office staff needs to step up their customer service a lot. The intake is very poor and all it would take are two things: a timely and friendly greeting, and paying attention to whether people have signed in. The techs are all friendly and competent, so the actual medical part of the service seems very good.
I'm really unhappy with my last experience with the billing specialist though. I recently received an additional bill, though small (less than $20) it was for service from March 2017...over two years ago. It's not the size of the charge, it's the principles--accordingly

I have been a patient of Dr Argueta for the past year. I came in unknowing of my Hypertension(240/180), came in at 9am, and he would not release me until my blood pressure was reasonable well after 5pm. soon after I had to take FMLA and disability. the staff at First Stop assisted me in filling out the correct documents for my disability as well as getting me back to work on the correct medication. Dr Argueta and Dr. June are amazing. I have referred all my family and friends to go see them. I have so many kind words for the Doctors and Staff at First Stop. They take most forms of insurance, you
