My approach is insight-oriented with the belief that you, the client, are the expert in your life and that my role is to provide guidance and input on your journey towards achieving an optimal level of functioning. My orientation is influenced by Buddhist and Contemplative Psychology and mindfulness-based practices.
In addition, I provide psychedelic integration services for people needing additional time to process and incorporate what they have learned from plant medicines and other medicines. Psychotherapy is about growth, exploration, and change. My goal is to work collaboratively with my clients to support them in living a life that is rich and meaningful.

Explains my office procedures and outlines an agreement for psychotherapy services. It also contains important information about matters of confidentiality. If you are requesting services for a child or adolescent under the age of 18, please read my Child Therapy Contract. Again, if you have any questions about information pertained in this contract, please bring those to our first meeting.

Has what it takes to challenge You in areas of Your life which need attention. He will listen without judgement and return consistently to themes which are being overlooked and compartmentalized.
If You are looking for an Individual Whose heart is open and experienced yet untrammeled through regularly working on Himself : then this is Your Man.
However please do not assume that Greg is some mystic-hippy-type. That is not Him.
He's grounded calm and not afraid to address anything head-on.
As a Brown Man in America I felt very comfortable in His presence and today I see Him as

Dr. Wells is great! He offers awesome insight, helps gently guide you to come to realizations/conclusions/resolutions on your own all while providing a comfortable setting and an amazingly kind ear. I would recommend him to anyone seeking guidance and even moreso to those who don't think they are in need! :) If money grew on trees I'd see him once a week! :)
