We planned a trip over the weekend that I just thought it might be helpful to get a knee walker for my daughter who had been using crutches for 2weeks, it will be si tiring if she uses crutches walking a few hours. So last minutes I called several medical equipment places to rent, they all close at 5pm and not open on weekend. Luckily I found this place and spoke with Doug over the phone, he made extraordinary effort to accommodate our need, met us on sat morning, the knee walker is standing there ready for us when we arrived. Doug is so wonderful and amazingly helpful for us. Thanks Doug.

I had been in the market for a scooter chair for my 89 year old dad for sometime. After several attempts to other shops with no luck, I came across Specialty Medical. What a Fortunate Find. Many years ago, I worked at Hendrick's Pharmacy in Claremont. Now I was in need of a Hospital Bed and I called them for a refferal. They gave me Doug the owner of Specialty Medical. I had no idea how much is involved and planning. I am so Happy that I reached out to Doug. He explained it all, gave me websites to view the products as well. He did not attempt to oversell at all and even showed us ways to save money. When he wanted more specific information, he would reach out to his vendor and then call me with the additional information. So the total process including delivery

If I could give them 100 stars I would. I was desperately looking for certain item for my Mom who was very ill. The staff at specialty med went above and beyond to help me find the items that she desperately needed. And the Angel that helped even brought the items to her house. If that's no customer service I don't know what is. Now you have to understand that I'm a truck driver on the road and couldn't get these items for my mother, specialty med was a blessing. I've been looking for medical supplies for my work. Called this number by chance and spoke with Doug. Immediately he offered his help to find the items I was looking for. I found the thru Trilift wheelchair lifts website, I needed a heavy duty lift for a 450lb wheelchair, surprised them by just showing up, and not calling, told the what I needed, Doug hooked me up with Art, between them the came up with a salutation, extremely fast turn around, 2 new batteries and heavy duty trilift, plus mounting hardware.

I've been a wheelchair user for ten years and have purchased many scooters. Never once did I receive the care and full concern that I had the right unit as as well as ensuring my satisfaction as I did with Doug of Specialty Medical.
