In 2004 Horizon Oxygen and Medical Equipment was founded in Anaheim, California to minister to people through hospice. With one truck and a mission to be a blessing, Horizon steadily grew through its focus on customer service and patient care. In 2006 a second location was opened in Palm Desert followed by locations in San Diego, Victorville, Bakersfield, San Jose and Grand Terrace.
In 2017 Horizon expanded its service areas to include Roseville and Escondido. As long as there are patients in hospice care who have needs, Horizon will continue to grow. We believe every patient deserves the excellent care, quality performance and reliability of our services. We will keep working to make our service the industry standard until all patients receive the care they deserve.

Services
Horizon Oxygen began as a durable medical equipment delivery service and it has grown across California through expertise in this service. We are available for delivery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We provide ETAs to make deliveries more efficient for hospice patients and their families. We give nurses the option to place orders online through our custom software or over the phone with our skilled customer service team.
Working at Horizon is more than a job. It's a commitment to providing specialized patient care to people in their last days. This is no small task and it takes a special combination of compassion, dependability and care from our employees to be a blessing the Horizon way. It's our aim to cultivate a work environment where being a blessing extends throughout all company operations.
Horizon Oxygen is proud to sponsor the 2017 SeniorServ's Senior Care Hero Awards. The event celebrates the unsung heroes in the senior industry, from seniors to veterans, physicians to caregivers, to volunteers and family members with a heart for seniors.
Last year's event drew 600 guests, whose generosity helped raise over $185,000, providing thousands of meals and loving contact to at-risk seniors, and received coverage from radio, cable TV, KTLA, print media such as the OC Register, Sunset magazine Senior Reporter, Newport Beach Life Style, and many social media venues.
