Our full body massage provides therapeutic relief and relaxation. Your therapist will design a personalized massage to help alleviate pain and relieve stress with a combination of techniques including circulatory, deep tissue, myofascial and trigger point release. Every massage includes our herbal foot ritual featuring infused warm towels and foot massage with a healing herbal foot balm.
Barbara believes that therapeutic massage has the ability to relax, rehabilitate, and retrain your body and mind. She works with each client to design an individualized treatment plan that will bring balance back to the body and provide long-lasting effects. Barbara incorporates a range of techniques in her work that include: Circulatory, Deep Tissue Massage, Cranial Sacral, Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, and Acupressure.

What a cute and relaxing spot. Raven is wonderful and friendly. Really asks a lot of questions about how you feel and explains things to you - especially great if it's your first time.
I was SO relaxed after my massage. They have a cute boutique too and lot parking!
It's not too fancy and I felt comfortable being there. Highly recommend!

I’m a dude. Hard workin’, power tool slinging’, marathon runnin’ dude. Yeah, I’ll admit it, my muscles get worn from all my dude-like activities I engage in on the daily. Barbara was so great. I high recommend this place. It’s spa like enough for people like my wife and Barbara is cool enough for dudes like me. Such a great experience.

I booked at Leaf and Limb after searching for a good massage place in the Indy area for over an hour. I settled on this place because literally all the other places either looked shady or like they care more about making money through their memberships rather than how I feel at the end.

The best hands down massage that I've ever had anywhere. I loved the hippie type atmosphere. It gave everything a personal touch that the big name mass massage parlors can't offer. I soaked my feet in a herbal bath while I drank tea that I ordered off of the tea menu. The whole experience was amazing. Definitely Broad Ripples little secret. I've been telling everyone I meet about this place, and I'm requesting massages as Mother's Day gifts and bday gifts and just because gifts!

I had an AMAZING first-time massage experience here a few weeks ago. The place really IS "a tiny spa" - just you and the massage therapist! This one-on-one vibe was perfect for me, and helped me totally relax. Also, Gina was so personable and calming - I felt like I had known her forever by the end of our session! I found this little gem while searching the Internet for a well priced spa. My experience was amazing! Gina was incredible. You get a cup of tea to begin your session, which is delicious! I got the hibiscus tea, yum! I scheduled a 60 minute Swedish massage which only cost $70. The atmosphere was so relaxing, as well.
