I attended Indiana Therapeutic Massage School, completing the 600 hour program in 2011 and frequently further my training with continuing education courses. I often give back to my community and support fundraising efforts for local HIV/AIDS support programs. Services
Aromatic hot towels are incorporated into this massage, adding the benefits of heat to help melt away your aches and pains. A note about time: Some massage therapists provide a 50 minute treatment for an "hour" massage. Many would profess that this is an "industry standard." I have seen this in some large corporate massage chains.
Once the home of St. Mary's Girls Academy my office is located in the Academy Building at 429 E. Vermont Street Suite 203 A. This historic gem, built in 1922 is located in the Lockerbie District, Indianapolis' oldest residential neighborhood. It is adjacent to St. Mary's Church and just a block south of the Rathskeller, steps away from Mass Ave. and the Cultural Trail.
Please shower before your session and consider wearing loose clothing that can easily be removed. You will then disrobe in private and cover yourself with a sheet and blanket. After your massage I will step out and give you some time to relax and get dressed. Lastly, we will discuss your session so that I can gather feedback and then collect your payment (cash or credit cards accepted).

Would never recommend massage Therapist Matt Winings, after the way he handled a situation. If someone that runs a business wouldn’t wait a day before an appointment to throw the client under the bus consider I had been a client for a long while. Very frustrated and discouraging on the way it was handled. If going to make an important change it should be changed on the website immediately and a notice go out to all customers. It was like I was singled out.when I was informed no change etc was made to websites etc. Poor communication on his end and the way he went about handling the change. Right

Matt's online booking system is easy to use, and he communicates ahead of time about location, parking, etc. He offers pre-massage paperwork electronically so that can be taken care of ahead of arriving. He's taken all the needed steps to practice as safely as possible during the pandemic. All that is icing on the cake that is an incredible massage. I scheduled my second before leaving after my first, the first time I've ever done so after decades of massage and body work and having practiced massage myself.

I've been receiving massages from Matt for quite a few years now. I have a chronic soreness with my back (due to occupation), and Matt eases the pain with each appointment. I've been to other massage therapists, but Matt truly is the best!! Very thankful to have found him. I'm always recommending to others!

I've been to Matt's place a few times now, and it has always been a terrific experience. He is one of the best massage therapists I've experienced anywhere, and he is always timely, professional and relaxed. It is a great experience to go there. Matt is very professional, his studio is clean and inviting to all the senses, and after a brief intake form(also available electronically if you want to already have this part out of the way), he consults you about your needs..none of this time was taken out my overall 60 minute massage, and if I am not mistaken, he went over! He addressed every need with professionalism and kindness.
