Highly recommend Big Sky Water Heaters for all your water heater needs. We called frantically on a Wednesday morning when we noticed a leak in our old water heater. We texted him pictures of the problem area and he was able to troubleshoot over the phone, give us an upfront quote and send someone out in the next hour!
The team prioritizes transparent communication, is very knowledgeable and efficient. Trevor was thorough, was able to replace the heater in an hour or so and walked us through all the adjustment knobs on the new heater when it was done. Trevor was a delight to work with, 5 stars

These guys are seriously amazing! Their receptionist was so amazing & kind to me! I was telling her I wanted someone to come out because my hot water wasn't getting hot enough even if I turned it up quite a bit. I just really needed hotter water & it was so annoying that it wouldn't get hotter even if I turned it all the way up. She put me on hold & the next thing I know a plumber was talking to me asking questions. Our contractor special water heater started leaking so we called a few places. Barry answered the call quickly and gave lots of information to help me choose the right replacement model. They were able to come out within a few hours, and the installation was done within 30 minutes! Our water is nice and hot now and we're very happy with the service from Big Sky.

I woke up in the morning and discovered that I had no hot water. I don't know much about how to fix a hot water heater. I'd heard about Big Sky Water Heaters from my father. Woke up to find my old hot water tank had strung a nasty leak. I looked up hot water installation business online. After making a few calls, I ended up calling back Big Sky Water Heaters. They were very knowledgeable on tankless hot water systems. I realized after speaking to Big Sky Water Heater, that a tankless hot water system was the way to go. It's an great investment, and if I ever do desire to sell my home, its a plus for my home resale value. I am happy for the service I received from the guys at Big Sky Water Heaters. These guys were by far the most accommodating place I called. They were also some of the most knowledgeable when it came to replacing my old traditional water heater with a tankless system. Some companies that I called, refused to give any type of pricing or information without coming to my home. Barry took the time to explain everything to me and had a ton of patience.

Called in and needed help with getting a repair done to my water heater. The process was easy and I didn't end up spending nearly as much as I thought I would. Their plumber just replaced the pilot light on my heater. Really nice guy. Glad that they are an essential business during these crazy times; I would've gone crazy without hot water.

These people actually cared! I called a few other companies looking to fix my Rheem gas hot water heater and they were either not available or so over priced. Finally when I called Big Sky Water Heaters, Berry answered and was so great. He was so helpful and kind. I could just tell this company seemed more genuine then the rest. They offered me a free quote if I texted them photos so of course I said yes. They were really a great deal and could be out there in no time so I agreed. Like I said, Barry was great. I just let him do his thing while he was here and the repair was only about 40 minutes

Their great service and prices can't be beat. They are that good. I had called several weeks ago and discussed the possibility of getting a new water heater. Barry was helpful when weighing to pros and cons of getting a new one or just trying to repair it. All in all, it was a better decision financially to repair it for now and then replace it down the road. Trevor was so so so helpful! I still can't get over the fact that I called and literally within hours he was there to get my hot water back on. He made the process super easy. After I gave him my landlord's number he handled all the details, fees and other things with him. I just had to be there to let him in so he could get it fixed. Later that afternoon he was there and installed the new part super quick! I was expecting him to take a lot longer but no he was so fast!

We had the pleasure of having Trevor work with us - he was personable and honest and ensured we got our hot water turned back on. Even though we've only used him once, it is safe to say he has us as customers for life! He was also very thorough on the rundown of how the warranty works, when we should use it, who to call, etc. I feel very secure knowing we have a 10 year warranty and that all the parts and tank will be taken care if if anything happens down the road! The staff was very helpful. They walked me through the steps I needed to find the information for my water heater. Luckily it was a pretty new water heater so I didn't need a new one, instead it was a light that needed replaced. The repair was quick and the service man was very friendly. Everything they quoted me on was accurate and one with haste and efficiency. I would recommend them and I'll be back.

How long can your family live without hot water? Not long if you have a big family like mine. Ours was not working last week. I wasn't sure who to call for something like this. I called Big Sky Water Heaters (my moms friend recommended them to me). They were friendly and got me scheduled quickly. My daughters were freaking out about not being able to shower and started insisting we were going to have to go to a hotel. Big Sky was quick and professional - would recommend if you live up in north Snohomish county.

Ok called at 8:30 am today spoke with Travis. My hot water tank was leaking and asked how quick someone could come out. I called 2 other places prior and didn't have any luck getting a same day appointment. By 10am my new hot water heater was being replaced, and it took 35 min! Omg so impressed I can't even believe it. Highly recommend these guys! Hire them you won't be sorry!

I rarely every review companies or bother with Yelp but I felt like I had to give these guys a shout out after the great service they gave. Last Friday, I was in a panic and needed my water heater serviced before the weekend started and they had no problem coming out on such short notice. Everyone else I called already was full or closed. Their plumber was able to repair my water heater with just a few parts. They do a great job I would recommend them over anyone else.

Like most average people... I don't know anything about anything when it comes to water heaters. I actually at first wasn't even sure if the water heater was the problem. I called Big Sky and told them about the issue I was having and Barry came out and fixed the problem in less than an hour. The price was right in the same ballpark that my estimate was which was perfect since this issue popped up out of no where and i don't have the budget for random, expensive problems. Super great experience and would definitely recommend them not just for emergencies, but whatever routine help

Great experience because they have a VERY friendly and nice staff! When I called the lady who asked my information and set up my appointment was super friendly. She was pleasant and not annoyed like some of the other plumbing companies I called. They had their plumber Barry came out and he was just as nice! I told Barry I didn't want anything extra done just to get my hot water back on. He did that and the price was reasonable. I asked for a receipt and he said he would have his office email it to me no later by that evening. I got it probably 30 minutes after he left my house. They listen

Fantastic service!!! These guys were not the cheapest company around but they were definitely the fastest. Everyone knows you can't go without hot water if there are any kids in your house! They were able to come over and replace my old water heater that same evening. I was so appreciative that they went out their way to come over later at night after hours. I'm impressed with the scheduling, thank you so much!! We didn't even have to go without hot water one day!!!!!

So glad I was able to set up an appointment with Big Sky! They listened to me when I was trying to explain what was going on with my hot water.
