"We Do Water heaters" are the folks to repair/install your water heater. I shopped around at first but ended up choosing WDWH and I am glad I did. They replaced my 15-year old tank on 4/9/2021. Great communication throughout the process. They were able to schedule an installment the next day. They called ahead of time when they were about to arrive which was great. I thought the installation would take about 2 hours but surprisingly it only took the technicians about 40 minutes to complete the entire job.

I encountered a problem with my 12yr old water heater. Water from the top and sides of the unit were leaking. I called the company that originally installed the water heater tank and was told that I had to wait for a couple of weeks to have their technician to assess the repair. I had to act fast water was already flooding and I can't wait that long for the service. I saw on Yelp the great reviews and awesome testimonials of We Do Water Heaters and called them right away. Talked with Brady and told him the situation. Sent him pictures and information of the unit and got a reasonable quote

Jason is the main reason I'm writing this review after our old water heater in our rental quit we knew it was probably too old to make any repairs. I saw great reviews for these guys and they seem professional so I called them up and Jason took about 30 minutes or so to talk about it over the phone and even though it was late and I'm sure he wasn't on the clock. Nothing worse than an urgent water heater problem when your "in-laws" are coming from out of town. The first company we called showed up 3 hours later than promised and in less than 10 minutes said we needed a new water heater and quoted a price that seemed high. They really met my expectations with their outstanding reviews. I was impressed by them which is why I decided not use them in the first place. They weren't the cheapest out there but bI needed someone reliable and trustworthy who could install a tankless water heater. When I called in at first about a tankless water heater the owner gave a tons of information. I appreciate that it just goes to show the owner is still involved and cares about his business. I called We Do Water Heaters late last night after discovering my water heater wasn't working. I had a call back first thing this morning and was given an estimate based on some pictures I sent over after the call. The price was good and Brady was able to come out and get my new water heater installed today! The service was great and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new water heater!

Approximately five months ago, I requested for bids on a water heater replacement. Out of all three quotes I received, Brady gave me the most affordable up-front cost after emailing him pictures of my water heater and specifically what needed to be done. Last night, the tank started leaking onto our garage floor - thank goodness it's concrete! I contacted my home warranty the following morning and the plumbers they suggested did not have any opening until next week! Yikes, right?! Awesome guys here!! Needed a replacement done on short notice before the weekend started. They got me in the same day since I told them it was urgent for me to have someone do it today, regardless of the price. They were up front and honest with their prices and they didn't try to change anything or upgrade me. They were the only ones to really take a sincere and genuine approach to my water heater emergency. When it was overflowing and getting everywhere I felt like other places weren't taking my panic into consideration.
