Roaches. There is a waste management issue here with residents NOT properly using trash cans and garbage piling up. Can’t help but wonder if the pest issue is connected. I use my own exterminator and have contacted office multiple times about roaches but yet they still exist for some reason…neighbors have them too.

With regard to an air conditioning problem, Chris was--as always--extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When a major problem became evident after he'd done all that he could, he arranged for representatives from a heating/air conditioning company to install a new coil, which amounted to a kind of major surgery. Jorge and Seth were both very pleasant and professional, and got the job done efficiently and well. My experience with Radwyn's maintenance team has always been very positive.

My kitchen sink was backed up and not draining. My garbage disposal had stopped working and there was water backed up from my neighbor's apt. standing in my sink. The maintenance dept. made a heroic effort, even calling in an outside plumber in the evening to snake my sink and my neighbor's. He seemed to clear the sink so that it would drain but told me I'd need a new garbage disposal. Since then, the water is still draining very slowly. The problem has not been solved despite visits by the maintenance crew, an outside plumber, and the complex's own plumbers, who assured me

We had a hard time getting the key. Had our personal checks then the lady in the front said, it has to be certified check. I explained that I have paid movers already waiting outside. She Refused to give the key until I get the checks first. Then I had to go to PNC and pay extra for movers for this wasted time. Was not cooperative at all and the reason was “ this is the rules “ I did not understand. Usually rules given to make sense.

Recently moved in, sally was great to work with.
Great location, amenities, and customer service.
Very quiet and clean. we are excited for the new clubhouse they are opening in the main building.
Only issue is this area (depending on the building) has terrible cell service, so make sure u have wifi set up. (We had issues with AT&T and Tmobile)

We spent three snd half years and really enjoyed our time at Radwyn. Our kids loved playing in the play area and there is ample space for taking walks. There were some maintenance issues but they usually fix.
Melissa who is the Assistant manager is very attentive to the needs of the residents. She was very helpful during our Move our process.

Great place to live, great location. I was here for 4 years and really didn't have many problems at all. My biggest issue other than the rent going up too much every year, would have to be the sewage smell coming from the bathroom shower drain. I've called. I've complained about the smell and I believe my neighbor has done the same because they also smell it in their shower. It had gotten so bad that I couldn't even shower in my master bathroom anymore and started using the hallway shower. They need to fix that. It can't be healthy to breath that in and I'm certain

I have been living at Radwyn Apartments for over a year and a half now. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our 2nd floor apartment. My fiance and I share two spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The apartment gets great natural light from plenty of windows and the kitchen is just what we need. We have a washer/dryer along with dishwasher and a standard sized refrigerator/freezer. There is plenty of cabinet space and additional storage where the stairwell is. The pool and gym are both included in our rent and we get our use out of both. Having them is a wonderful asset! When we

It has been about 4 years since I lived at the Radwyn, but I felt compelled to write a review since nobody had posted yet. I very much enjoyed my experience living there. The grounds were well-kept and all my maintenance requests were taken care of in a timely fashion. The pool was very nice and the fitness center was adequate. When I was there, the treadmills and bikes were a little rickety, but hopefully they have new equipment in there now. Overall, I'd certainly recommend it!
