A special place to call home. The building is comfortable, quiet, and easy to live in, with a great deal of character and charm. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The residents are a great mix of students, professionals, and retirees. The location is close to an excellent cafes and craft-brew houses, shops, markets, wide range of dining… options, live entertainment, trails, trains, and major roads. Haverford is a beautiful place to live. I arrived here unexpectedly by chance and stayed purposely by choice. I miss it and will always have meaningful memories of living here. Highly

Four months of mouse problems. Six visits by the exterminator. On the last day a dead mouse appeared at the door. Problem never solved. Denied any discount due to the inconvenience of mice scratching at night… on walls and being kept awake as well as finding mouse in clothing and impossible to leave food out on the counter for fear of contamination.

I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR A LONG TIME. I LOVE THE STAFF HERE AND ALSO THE MEN WHO COME OUT AND FIX THE STUFF. THOSE GUYS ARE SO WARM AND FRIENDLY. I LOVE THE PEOPLE HERE. I HAVE MADE SOME GREAT FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS. THE BUILDING I AM IN IS NICE AND ARE SO NICE EVEN THE ON THAT LIVES IN THE BACK. I AM NOT TO FAR FROM THE MALLS AND OTHER PLACES.
