Located in the prestigious locale of the Main Line, Radcliff House offers apartment community convenience with a class and distinction all its own. Within walking distance to the Septa Regional Rail and the fine dining and shops of downtown Bryn Mawr, Radcliff House offers its residents a taste of urban living in a tranquil and suburban setting.

My daughter lived here for two years while she was a Villanova grad student. It was an awesome place to live. The location is perfect, the management is attentive, the building is immaculately maintained and the apartments are very roomy and nicely laid out. If you're looking for a place on the main line, seriously consider Radcliffe House.

Radcliff house is an ok option for living in the area:
The pros:
- Staff: The staff we have interacted with have all been great. Maintenance staff are always prompt on taking care of requests and the leasing office/management staff was very helpful with us moving in and getting set up
-Value: this is some of the best value you can get for an apartment in this area. This place is pretty competitively priced for the area and the apartments are very spacious
- Location: You are close to a lot without being in too busy a part of the main line. The complex is pretty easy to get in and out of any

It was the worst experience I had in rental apartment and I wouldn't recommend this Radcliff House for anyone, even my enemy. The first initial interaction was ok, they tried to get you to sign the contract and the monthly rental rate was reasonable. But after that, everything went downhill.
First, you couldn't have any internet services except Hotwire. No xfinity, no Verizon, nothing. And hotwire internet is slow with frequent internet outages. A big or small storm, a big rain or little snow, anything can result in an outage, and it can take up to a week to get the internet back. On

As someone that has spent years working in the multi-family industry (apartment industry), I can confidently say Radcliff House is a significant step above the other Main Line apartments.
I will be relocating shortly and due to the pandemic, I could not go on "traditional" tours of apartments within the area so I went on several virtual tours. Yes, Radcliff House may not be the most aesthetically pleasing or have the most features of the other Main Line apartments, however, what they do have is vastly more important - a superior property manager (Ryan Mann).
Throughout my touring process, I sent

My girlfriend and I lived in an apartment at Radcliff House for two years and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Although the building is old and not as modern as other apartment complexes, it more than makes up for this by its convenient location, reasonable prices, and the professionalism and attention of its staff.
The Radcliff House is only a short walk to downtown Bryn Mawr where there are a multitude of shops, bars, and restaurants. We really felt like we lived in the town rather than in some modern high rise cut off from the rest of the world. I would also like to mention that the prices are

My wife and I found Radcliff House 3 years ago after having a challenging time with our previous apartment. We were craving an apartment with a balcony in a complex that was well maintained and near the train. Needless to say, we found all of this at Radcliff House and so much more. What we thought would only be a 1 year lease turned into a very comfortable 3 year stay. Our apartment was an open-concept one bedroom apartment with a big balcony that allowed my wife to garden and our cat get some outdoors time too. (we're millennial parents I guess) The property manager, Ryan, and her staff, Steven

I lived at the Radcliff house with my boyfriend for two years and had a great experience from start to finish. The building is on the older side and lacks some of the amenities new complexes offer but that being said we had almost no maintenance issues and the two small things that did crop up were fixed immediately which was a pleasant change from our previous “luxury” apartment complex where we had tons of maintenance issues. At Radcliff house everything was well maintained, the lobby was cleaned every morning, parking was never an issue, there is fantastic water pressure in the showers and

The Radcliff House (RH) offers generously sized units, a short walk to public transportation (bus, train) and charming Bryn Mawr. The team at RH (Ryan, Stephen, Bruce, James and Georgia) is great. They do take care of keeping the development running smoothly. Stephen is the greatest guy. Ryan is a wonderful property manager. The population at RH is very diverse and friendly

I've lived here for almost a year and had very good experience with my one bedroom apartment so far. Ryan has been a great property manager. She's very responsive and cares about the community. The grounds are very well maintained. When I first moved in, there was an issue with my AC. They changed out the whole system. They replaced my washer when it leaked it little. They fixed my drain when it was running slowly the same day. When it snows, they clear everything very quickly. For a one bedroom, the apartment is quite spacious.

There are only two real issues. There's not a ton

I lived here for the last 6 years, and am so sad to leave! Anytime I had a maintenance issue it was quickly resolved, Steve and Bruce are the best! Loved having the washer and dryer in my kitchen, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, and tons of closet space- I will certainly miss my walk-in closet. Management is A+++ and there is nothing negative to say about living here.

I've loved living in Radcliff House and hate to leave, but I'm relocating to another country for work. There are so many things I love about this place! My 1BR unit is huge, with plenty of room for myself and for hosting guests; one week with three visitors at a time turned out to be totally comfortable for everyone. The attached balcony looking out at the trees is an awesome place to sit out with a cup of coffee and a book. The staff all around are wonderful: friendly, attentive, and hard-working. Ryan in particular is totally on top of things, and the workers who shovel snow are heroes. The public

We moved here 4 years ago.The maintenance staff, especially during winter ice and snow storms, is excellent and very responsive when we've called with maintenance issues (We've had 2 minor issues since moving here.) I love the apartment layout, the kitchen, particularly the huge sink, and the light that comes in. The fixtures and appliances are modern. I love the wood flooring. We have more than enough storage space. The walls must be concrete because, even though we are on the bottom floor, we hear virtually nothing from the upper floors and attached apartment. We have a little patio and can walk
