My wife and I had just a wonderful experience renting from Anna and the team at Provenance. Anna personally helped load their beautiful chairs into my car and was so kind, it made the entire experience feel like I was talking with an old friend.
The chairs were a hit at our party and when I dropped them off, Anna was right there to help and was so excited to talk about our party and hear all the details.

One of the worse customer service experiences I've ever had. After eyeing a chair I wanted to rent for about 3 months I went online last night to fill out their submission form. It asked many questions that would allow them to understand the event & needs (baby shower event in 3 weeks) and we'd rent for 1 day. Left my phone number and event details. The quote of the rental was online so I knew it was in budget. I get an email from Anna 9am this morning explaining information I already was aware of and asking me if I want a quote. At 11am I emailed her back saying I know the quote

Anna is INCREDIBLE. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and was so helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process. (i.e. our venue cancelled on us 3 months before the wedding, and she was so willing to help us find a new venue - she did her own research and sent us several other venue recommendations). She was also extremely quick to answer emails (I swear she works 24/7!). We received so many compliments on all of the pieces we rented from her (all of her inventory is amazing!). I cannot say enough good things about Provenance Rentals! Ana, the owner, is seriously AMAZING! I called her a few days before my small backyard wedding earlier this month, and she was so patient, kind, and easy to work with. We rented the Cora Birchwood Arch and the pictures online do not do it justice -- it is even more beautiful in person. Ana made every attempt to save us as much money as possible and she even went as far as delivering a day earlier than needed at no extra cost. This was by far the best customer service I have ever had from the very start! Ana is very in tune and involved in every detail to assure that her products are the best and the right ones to meet the needs of your event. Her response to any questions via email, or left messages are very fast which I absolutely loved there was very little waiting time for her to get back to me. I rented the macrame curtain, wood arch, and a beautifully detailed peacock chair. All the rentals were in amazing condition and beautiful they were the perfect statement pieces for a boho bridal shower. I definitely recommend

I am a florist and I have had the pleasure of working with Anna on 2 occasions. The first time...was on a styled shoot. She provides the best pieces. She is knowledgeable about each one. She also and goes above and beyond to work as a team.

Anna was a dream to work with for our wedding! From the moment my husband and I met her she was incredibly sincere and had a great eye for what would go with our wedding. Our theme was travel based and we wanted to have some decor on each table.
