I would highly recommend Vini's Party Rentals. We had a 3-day event with four separate locations and Vini's was able to accommodate all of our needs. Nayma was a pleasure to work with, she was responsive and really helpful, especially when we had a last minute addition to our order. The crew was on time for both delivery and pick-up and very courteous. Overall great experience.

I recently rented some chairs and tables from Vini's for a party that I hosted. The chairs and tables were nice and reasonably priced. The customer service is exceptional, especially Nayma. I whole-heartedly recommend renting from VINI's!!! Nayma and team are awesome and very customer-focused! We were in the midst of a painting project and needed to get our closets emptied out. I was frantic and frazzled when I called!! Nayma "talked me in off the ledge" and got me hooked up with the coat/clothes racks that I needed. They were delivered on-time, and picked-up on time. Reasonable price too!

Do not rent from here! I threw a party in April, and there were so many things wrong with the furniture rentals. If you rent the almalfi lounge furniture, beware that the wood is very run down. Also, the white cushions that came with it had yellow stains on them. For two of the tables, I was given the incorrect size tablecloth. Overall, the items all looked very used. I was told that I'd get a refund for the items that weren't usable, but I had to call and email multiple times in order to finally get a small refund. There should have been more consideration there though since the missing

Vini's have Everything (linens, silverware's, heaters, tables, chairs, Canopies, and etc) that look great with great prices! I've been to multiple functions and events supplied by Vini's and they continue to do a great job by being fast and reliable and to top it off they supply sanitized equipment! highly recommended.

This was my first time working with Vini's for a wedding, and I have to say that I was so very happy with them! Nayma is simply THE BEST. She's super informative and quick to respond. She even came out to tour the venue with the clients and me (as a planner, I appreciate that so much - it makes everyone's lives easier come wedding day!).

Hi my name is Tomas from chef in Los Angeles I usually don’t write reviews like this but this time it’s an exception, I rented some equipment from this company and when I rent something I expect it to be good quality or at least in good conditions but this time it was in really bad shape and when I tried to talk or contact them there was no way I can reach them. Not only was it in bad condition but the propane that came with the rental was leaking and could have hurt someone or cause an accident and when I call to let them know or try to fix the problem and explaining that my client was unsatisfied

We used Vini's for a retirement party and I must say they did not disappoint. Nayma was very helpful. The set up crew was very professional and helpful. Prices beat any other place from my experience. I would use them over and over again. Tent was clean, chairs were nice and white. They provided lights, which were very nice. Tent was very sturdy. You won't be disappointed. Pictures to come.

I have tried on several occasions to reach this business and only once did I get a call back. I had an appt. for tent measurements, no one ever came out nor did they have the decency to call and say anything. I called them several times afterwards and no one will answer the phone. In business, your word is everything. Business 101.

It was finally nice to find a place that fulfilled my needs. I had a positive experiencing with the rentals for my sister's baby shower. From, the chairs, to the linens, all the way to the pipe and drape. It made my event look elegant. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends because the helpful staff gives recommendations on what would look nice for your event.

I was throwing my best friend and her fiance a surprise engagement party. I wanted to make sure that they had the best of the best. I was referred to use Vini's and all I can say is that the service they provided was above and beyond.
The process was easy and I was able to see the variety of colors they had for their linens (They have a lot to choose from)
I was able to also rent cocktail tables, rectangle tables, round tables, and chairs!

On Sunday I emailed them about a tent I need to rent. Since I was still waiting on a response I followed up with a phone call this morning. I spoke to a man than was very vague and didn't seem willing to help. After asking him about a tent I needed, he quickly said "we don't have that size" without asking me about any other details.

When I first spoke with Nayma regarding the event I was having, she was extremely helpful and offered suggestions when I needed help deciding on what lounge furniture to rent. At first, she was always quick to respond to my emails and voicemails.

When we set everything up they were suppose to be there by 5:00 but showed up by 5:30 and nayma was so rude to us it was like she didn't want to take responsibility for being late so at this point I had no chose.But as they were setting up
The tint I reliazed there was some dirty chairs so I told her about it and she said she will take care of it.But overall I didn't reliazed what I got my self into until they were late,and she was rude to me !!but on the phone she was a nice person.

Nayma and her team at Vini's Party Rental were amazing to work with. From the beginning Nayma was extremely patient and 100% responsive to all my e-mails on the countless changes I made. Her team were 100% professional when setting up & breaking down for our outdoor wedding. Great folks to work with and their rental items are clean and well kept up. After checking around several rental places, I was happy to find a place that had 10 - 100 cup coffee makers. Most places had 2.
So I picked up the units assuming they are ready to use (wrapped in plastic bags when I picked up).
The morning of my event when I was preparing to brew 4 pots. I got inspected by my higher ups and was told I couldn't use some of them.. The glass tube at the middle where you can see the level of coffee inside was so dirty. The look of a mold, old dried up coffee stuck in the viewer tube. Then I looked inside and under, it looked like some units have been sitting for

OK, I wanted to at least give 2 stars, because they were able to provide service on really short notice! (my other vendor cancelled 4 days prior to the event!)
BUT!
On the day of my party we were missing a LOT of items. Important items. Things like ALL of the napkins! And our drink dispensers! Eeek....
The items we DID recieve were in less than great condition (dirty chairs, scratched up tables, spotty tablecloths etc.) and some of the flatware actually still had old food caked on to it. Gross.
Next day during pick-up, the folks actually asked where the "missing" drink dispensers

This company was very easy to deal with and all they arrived on time for both delivery and pickup. I had a party at my house and we rented tables, chairs, linens, and silverware. All the equipment arrived in very good and clean condition.
The prices were very competitive and they were very nice. I will definitely use them again for my future needs!
