I have used JMI for years and never written a review. My bad, as they've always been there for us, no matter how immediate or complex our need. I will NEVER use another agency. They are absolutely the BEST!!! I've worked with many good companies in the past. These guys will do what it takes to support you, make the situation right, be there for you in good times and bad. To most agencies, you're a number. These guys are 100% there for you!

JMI Insurance and JMI Limousine are awesome! Everyone at JMI is very helpful and I really like using companies that are locally owned and operated. Having a person answer the phone when I call instead of a machine makes a big difference to me. Waiting on hold and jumping through tons of automated hoops just to get a simple question answered is never fun. No one likes an insurance company that makes you go through 5 minutes of "press 2" and "enter your account number" every time I call so that's why I use JMI. Real people answer the phone a deliver real answers! :) Thanks JMI

I love JMI because when I call a real person answers the phone and not some automated phone system that tells me to "Press #1" a thousand times! We needed to update our business insurance policy and when we called JMI they took care of in less time then I usually wait on hold with the other guys. That's what I call real customer service. It's funny how much better everything is when the person on the other line actually cares about helping you!

WOW, I can't say enough wonderful things about JMI insurance. I worked with Nate, and I was sooooo impressed! He went out of his way to find me a knock out deal on liability insurance. I was so intimidated by this stuff it almost kept me from doing a business, now I feel I can do it with such awesome supportive people like Nate. Thank you!!!
