Scot is a graduate of Oregon State University and began his career in the insurance business in 1993. He transitioned to the independent side in 1997 and opened his own agency in 2000. Scot is immersed in the West Linn community and sponsors many local events. Tracy is a native of Portland and has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years.
Betsy is a godsend! She has helped me establish every insurance policy I needed on my personal end and for my two businesses I own here in Oregon. Anything insurance, these guys are on it! You cannot put a value on customer service. Nancy Hoyle has given us superior service. We learned a valuable lesson that the grass is not greener on the other side and to not mess with a good thing. We have been with Gelfand for many years and then we tried bundling with our credit union to try to save a few bucks. It was a fiasco! We went back to Nancy with our tail between our legs and she was very helpful and even called us back several times for guidance whereas we were only able to reach our credit unions voicemail with no return calls during the same time.
