We have been extremely happy after a transition to Caerus a little more that a year ago. We get regular request for Certificates of Insurance and they are quick to get them back to our clients.
They communicate very well and timely, a relief when you don't have to followup when you make a request.

Caerus Insurance set us up with general liability for our husband and wife small business. First years premium was sub 700, but what they never explained was that at the end of the year we would be audited by the insurance company and assessed a higher rate based on payroll. Because we are a small business with no employees, they use our entire net income from that small business to do that audit and it ended up being over 2x the amount.
We were assured that was in error and that they would sort it out. The next year, higher initial premium and still an audit, even more than the previous year
