I unfortunately didn’t get to work with this company because I am located outside of their service area but I definitely appreciate their customer service. They provided me with two other companies that provides the service I’m looking for in my area. I think that speaks volumes of a company that doesn’t just reply “no we can’t help you” but goes out of their way to help you find what you’re looking for with no benefit to them.

Atlantic came out in December to do measurements and a quote for accordion shutters. We found the price to be very reasonable & pretty much expected a wait for the installation. We were told April for the installation which is well before the hurricane season starts. We got a call on Thursday 3/19 to tell us the materials were in & asked if they could do the installation on the 21st. We were floored that we were getting this done a month ahead of time! They showed up at 9AM – exactly when promised – and they got to work. We were told the average install time is about 6 hours – they finished

I called for a quote and was informed that I would receive a follow-up. Unfortunately, the company never called me back. (I waited more than a week before posting this.) Attention to things like this needs to be paramount in the service industry. When a company can’t be bothered to do what they say they’re going to do, it doesn’t bode well for future prospects with that company.

EXCELLENT people to work with, salesman, office staff and installers. They do great work, as someone mentioned in an earlier comment, the installers take the time to explain how the shutters work (accordion shutters) and how to maintain them.. did special work to install one unique window with metal panels. I would recommend NOT waiting last minute to call them because it takes awhile to get shutters fabricated to your specifications so they fit correctly.

Called this company for shutters proposal. They came out when they said they would. Estimator said he would email the proposal that night. nothing. Waited 2 days, called the office. "Oh, we will get that out to you within a day" Nothing. Called again at end of the week. Same thing "We will get that to you right away". Nothing. Called the office one more time again. Here's what the rep told me. "Oh, we are too busy to get that out to you, sorry" What? Hello? Really? Wow! Plenty of reputable companies out there. Stay away from this one! Thank you.
