Big Wave was willing to come out for just one window. They gave us a fair price and installation was fast & efficient. I was really impressed though when he asked if it matched well to shutters on our back patio. I said yes except for the straps that secured them when not in use. Not only did he go to his truck & give me 6 straps. He installed them for me!! Even more impressive I mentioned that one shutter didn't secure properly & so he fixed it!!! When I asked him about an extra charge for all this, he said "Oh no. When you become our client, you become family. We take

From the time I made contact with Big Wave Storm Shutters (Joe LaPlante) til the time they were ready for installation was remarkable. Joe gave me the best price of anyone in the county for electric roll-down hurricane rated screening. They were professionally installed by Phil and Jared. A few days after installation, one section required a minor adjustment. I dropped an email note to Big Wave, and Phil responded the very next day. I would highly recommend Big Wave Shutters to everyone, because of their price and professionalism.

CAN'T RECOMMEND JOE AND HIS COMPANY ENOUGH. RECEIVED BEST ESTIMATED PRICE TO REPLACE THREE MOTORS FOR MY HURRICANE SHUTTERS AND HE ACTUALLY SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD IN ORDER FOR MY FAMILY TO SEE THE CHRISTMAS BOAT PARADE FROM OUR BALCONY THE NEXT DAY. AT THE END OF THE JOB, JOE EVEN REDUCED HIS QUOTE BECAUSE HE SAID THE JOB TOOK LESS TIME THAN HE ESTIMATED. FIRST TIME IN 83 YEARS THAT EVER HAPPENED TO ME. THANKS SO MUCH JOE--YOU MADE OUR DAY!
